I trained at Fitness First and liked how spacious and well-lit the studio felt. The group class area was clean and ready to use. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making it easy to get started without any hassle. It’s a comfortable spot to work out, whether you’re there for a quick session or a longer class.

Fitness First is a great gym choice, it has spacious, clean environment, offers variety of fitness classes, quality equipment, and well-maintained facilities. The staff is supportive and professional, with personal trainer Coach Charneal is especially helpful, patient, encouraging and knowledgeable, incorporating a mix of training techniques to enhance the workout experience.

I really like this gym. It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff working there are really friendly and nice as well, especially Liezel who is always very positive and approachable. I really like Ashutosh as well who is an amazing coach who always gives great advice and is always ready to answer questions. This gym tends to be less crowded compared to the other fitness first branches which is another bonus point. Only thing I would like is a water dispenser added to the gym which is a necessity. I also feel like they could add some more machines as well and that would make it even better. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

I was a titanium member more than 3 years, every renewal they try to increase price, supposedly they should have give loyalty since I was long time client. i requested downgrade to use ibn batuta since meadows village doesn’t even have sauna. Reception girl told me if I took 600 plus membership per month I can down grade but if I took 4 months or 6 months I have to wait without attending gym for one month ( grace period) to get membership. Then I told since it’s inter changing there should be a way. System may reflect that one month grace period but as a loyal client you may able to talk to manager. Manager spoke to me and said if I take 4 month membership higher rate that I was taking, after one month he can transfer home club as ibn branch. Then I asked how about if I pay one month 600 plus rate. He said no! That I have to wait one month grace period to join Ibn branch. ( receptionist told other way around)So I paid 4 months titanium new rate, and waiting to see results of his brilliant idea. One month titanium and Next 3 months I will attend home club at ibn batuta at a price of titanium. Hope someone responsible will see this and in future handle this kind a matter better than this.

Small gym compared to other Fitness First but better equipment and better maintained, keeping in mind the gym is titanium gym so you do pay a little more, but it’s a clean community gym. Equipment is also better then the other gym and also maintained better.

Charneal is the best, hands down the best trainer out there, the expertise he brings into our training sessions along with the motivation is truly incredible. He helped me lose weight and build so much muscle .
