I never went to a gym before and was always nervous to do it. After moving to Dubai 7 months ago the first thing I did was join this gym and it’s been the best decision I’ve made for my health ever. The staff here have been more than welcoming to me whether it’s the receptionists like Angel/Nas/Mika or the service team everyone is so lovely. If you go definitely ask to speak to Precious, she’s very approachable and a joy to see. She’ll take you around the gym so you can see everywhere. But the number 1 reason I love the gym the most is because of Albert. He was my first friend in Dubai and is like second dad to me, if everyone in the world was more like Albert the world would be a better place. If you need a PT you can ask for him but I don’t think you’ll be able to get a time slot because all of his clients come everyday already! Other great trainer options would be Naz, Filip, Iman, They’re awesome! The best services in life are made up of great people and this gym is filled with them! Thanks for making my move from Ireland so seamless!

Lovely gym in theory. However, if you plan on going before work, you won't be able to because the dyson hairdryers they use cut out. The management aren't switched on enough to realize that dysons are not made for commercial use, they overheat after 2 uses. We petitioned to get new hairdryers and they just replaced them with dyson again. Its like talking to a brick wall with these people.

The gym is not great but it is not bad neither. The problem is they make you bring a bracelet everyday that you come... Instead of making easy for us, they give us something extra to take care an charge... Cheapears gym already have face recognition...

Ray was extremely helpful and professional. He was very patient, genuinely customer-oriented, and took the time to ensure everything was done properly.
