The gym should be well-maintained and clean. Equipment Quality: A good gym has a variety of high-quality equipment (weights, cardio machines, rowing machines, etc.) that is well-maintained. Space: There should be not enough space for workouts, including areas for strength training..One thing to mention is the trainer here, Mr. Sreerag..he is outstanding... He trains everyone the same and explains things to them because of his passion for the gym...he is such a gem of the Casper gym...need one trainer same like him

I will highly recommend this gym in alqouz because this isn't like other gym where you pay for trainer in this gym all coaches assist you in each and every game without any extra charges except monthly membership. If you come with my reference (Malik Azib) there is special offer you will get free training with your membership.

cooperative trainer , teach in good manner also helps in doing exercise with smiling face . encourage to be fit and slim . Realy I have good experience. The special is friendly environment in all gym members and trainers.

Love the atmosphere, the equipment is great and the gym is very neat but the best thing about the place is Trainer SreeRag who is a an absolute star. Keep up the good work guys!

Pathetic Behavior. One needs to learn proper manners in order to get good reviews from client. Definitely would not recommend anyone join here...
