F45 Training Downtown Dubai

Started at F45 downtown about 3 months ago and I love coming here almost every day. They have helped me begin my fitness journey and make a serious impact on how I view exercising and my personal health. All coaches- Namira, Salar, Chris, Cherry and Caitlyn- are awesome and really know how to motivate the group and make the workouts fun. They take the time to get to know you and it does not feel like just another trainer. I love how the community goes beyond the studio and extends to group activities- whether it be paddle sessions, hiking, or brunches. No other studio to think of if you are in Dubai and if you want the personal touch, F45 downtown is the way to go.

F45 Downtown offers an outstanding fitness experience with an incredible team of coaches who are supportive, motivating, and knowledgeable. Joining F45 Downtown Dubai has been one of the best decisions I have made! The energy, the community, and the workouts are unmatched and every session feels like a team effort, and the motivation in the room is electric! A huge shoutout to the amazing coaches: Sala, Namira, Chris, Caitlin, and Rana. Each one brings their own unique style and energy that keeps you pushing your limits while still having fun. They are incredibly supportive, correcting form when needed, encouraging you to go that extra rep, and celebrating every little win! And of course, none of this would be possible without Cherry. The heart and soul of the studio. Her passion, organization, and constant positivity make the whole experience so special. She truly creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and part of something bigger. Keep it going, guys! Best gym/community in Downtown (if not all of Dubai!)

F45 is one of the best workouts I’ve ever consistently done. I’m from NYC and moved to Dubai a year ago. In NYC, I was a member at a gym called Equinox. I did their group fitness classes 4-5 times a week. I joined F45 four months ago and I’ve seen better results here than in the 8 years I was at Equinox. And this is just comparing the workouts. The community at F45 Downtown Dubai is unmatched and ultimately what keeps me coming back. I visited an F45 location in NYC and the vibe was dead compared to this location. The whole team is encouraging, engaging and keeps the hard workouts fun. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life and Ive been working out for over 2 decades. Thank you, Caitlin, Namira, Chris and Cherry for all the support. I love it here!

Loving this place just because of the coaches! It was hard to come back on track after pregnancy. Tried so many workouts and gyms and nothing was lasting until I joined the F45 family! The team is super professional and extremely fun! They challenge us and make every session fun and unique! Thank you F45 DT ❤️

I’m haven’t exercised since I was 8 months pregnant (and now with a 7 month old), joining F45 has really helped me get back into it. The team are really motivating and any concerns I had about getting back into exercise have gone! The sessions are great and you can work according to your level, with additional challenges to keep you motivated. Really recommend 🙂

The trainers here are absolutely amazing — they genuinely care about your progress, guide you with the right techniques, and keep you motivated every step of the way. The front desk team is also incredibly sweet, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. What I love the most is how clean and well-maintained this place is, which can be a hit or miss in other franchises. It’s refreshing to work out in such a positive, hygienic, and supportive environment. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for results, encouragement, and a truly great experience!
