Worst service and customer care. I did a mani pedi and put normal nail polish, they did a terrible job (check photos). When i asked them to fix it and showed them clear proof they tried to tell me its because i didnt put gelish, then they tried to do a quick fix and paint over it. Then eventually when i stayed persistent and after getting attitude from the lady they fixed it by removing and redoing it. Do not recommend this place, go somewhere better

If you are looking for a new salon, this is the place. The staff are so friendly! I showed a photo of the style of haircut I wanted, and it was perfectly executed. Had a mani/pedi done while getting my hair highlighted. The owner constantly checks in on you (amd the work being done) and you will never be without a bottle of water or coffee. Jade was my stylist and great with curly hair girls. Will I be back? Yes! Heading back tonight to get another treatment.

I went to Fairy Queen Salon yesterday, my first time, to do my nails, and it was honestly a horrible experience. The technician over-filed and grinded my natural nails so much that they became extremely thin and soft, like baby nails. My nails used to be strong, but she completely damaged them, and even after it was clear that they were already over-grinder, she continued grinding. She later said she wouldn’t charge me for the strengthening gel, but I could tell it was because she realized her mistake. Even the gel polish application looked cheap and poorly done. My nails now feel too delicate and weak, and I’m really unhappy with the result. they need to be more careful and professional when handling clients’ natural nails.
