Please be informed that if they already have an appointment scheduled for someone at that time, kindly do not accept other walk-in patients. I came at 9:20 AM on 5.12.2025 for teeth cleaning and for the adjustment of my braces. But when the client with an appointment arrived, they stopped my treatment and asked me to wait outside until their appointment was finished. I waited for almost one hour, and I was expecting my treatment to be completed before 10:30 AM cuz I had work. It would have been okay for me if I wasn’t accepted in the first place, especially since you already had another scheduled appointment. I hope this can be avoided next time. Thank you.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and professional—makes you feel at ease right away. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the care my 2-month-old baby received from Dr. Afzal at Emirates Medical Center. My baby initially had vomiting, and Dr. Afzal prescribed two medicines. The very next day, my baby developed severe diarrhea. My husband went back to the clinic, but the doctor said it was "normal" and didn’t take it seriously. Later that same day, I called the clinic again because my baby’s loose motions were getting worse. The receptionist connected me to the doctor, and I told him clearly that my 2-month-old was having **too much diarrhea**. Again he said, "It’s okay, it’s normal," and didn’t give any proper advice. The next day, I took my baby to the clinic myself because she was getting worse. Even then, the doctor repeated the same thing: "For diarrhea, we can’t do anything." Only after checking her pulse and seeing her condition he suddenly said, **"Go to emergency, it’s critical."** I was completely shocked. How can a doctor ignore a 2-month-old baby’s condition for two days and then suddenly say it’s critical? Even at the clinic, when I arrived, I told the nurse that my baby was very sick and needed urgent attention. She refused and said, "Doctor will only check patients in order," and didn’t even check my baby’s pulse. Because of this careless approach, my baby ended up being admitted to the hospital for almost **10 days**, including **4 days in ICU**. The hospital said her condition was serious. All this happened because the clinic doctor didn’t take her symptoms seriously from the beginning. It has been almost a month, and I am still in shock from this experience. A doctor must listen to parents and take infants’ symptoms seriously. Ignoring a 2-month-old baby’s diarrhea and telling us it is "normal" was unacceptable. I hope no other parent goes through what we went through.

The clinic facilities are good but parking is a big problem there. As it's a residential building the parking will always be full

I visited clinic just moment ago and found very worst behavior. I was waiting for receptionist for 10 minutes but she didn’t respond and when I ask anyone here, she replied wait ‘’I’m busy with someone sick leave’’. Sick leave important then a patient.
