We had such a great experience with Dr. Udhayesan who explain things clearly and listen to our concerns and always make us feel comfortable and supported. I would like to thank nurse Tency for her support and guidance during my breastfeeding journey and she took time to explain everything clearly that helped me feel confident as a mother. Her encouragement and practical tips made huge difference and l truly felt supported. Than you so much to both of you and other nursing staffs.

Radiology department and Customer services. - If i can give zero then I would have. Me and my wife went for the NT scan here. Its the first important scan during pregnancy. They said the report will be ready in 1 hour and will be sent via email. Now it has been more than 1 day. We called their customer service more than 5 times already till now we didn't receive any reports. Customer service keeps on promising but its a waste. We have to literally beg them for reports of such an important scan. We don't even know what is the result of a scan. Such irresponsible behaviour from the staff. We are waiting for the report and it is exhausting. Now I have to personally go and collect the report costing me more time and money as I have to travel from Dubai to this stupid clinic. They don't even value patients, they only value money. People going here beware of this behaviour. Get the contact number of the clinic or the clinic in-charge. They will provide you the toll free number but it is of no use.

Good experience with excellent service. They are taking feedback within the clinic which is a great initiative to improve their service and solving patients concerns then and there.

From the very first visit to every stages, they were always professional, compassionate, and attentive. The doctor explained every detail clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and made us feel confident and reassured at every step. The nurse shantamary was equally kind and supportive, always welcoming us with a smile and ensuring my wife’s comfort during each visit. Their dedication, expertise, and genuine care made this journey a positive and stress-free experience for our family. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding prenatal care.

Worst front desk and receptionist experience. I’ve faced this issue multiple times. The front desk staff is very unhelpful and shows no concern for patient questions or even emergencies. No matter the situation, they just ask you to take an appointment slip without listening or trying to help. The staff often looks tired and behaves as if helping patients is a favor rather than their job. There is a complete lack of basic courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. For someone already going through stress or trauma, this attitude makes the experience worse. The clinic seriously lacks patient-centered care, and the front desk staff needs proper training in basic patient handling.

I came in at 9:30 am as a walk-in, I am an already registered patient. So I finished re-registering and waited in the waiting room. When I was waiting in the waiting room, it was me and another patient ONLY. An hour passed by and the waiting room got full of patients who were entering before me and still my turn hasn't come. When I asked the nurse she literally walked away from me and ignored me. And I just kept seeing new patients just come in straight from the reception to the doctor, literal corruption. Then when I have had it up to here with them I went to the reception asking for a refund and expressed my anger at the situation, the front desk officer just gave me my refund as if he didn't care. They always only got 1 doctor on site no matter how busy it is and they have the worst ever patient service I have dealt with in my 27 years in the UAE. And if this is the way they treat sick walk-ins, then I am scared for all the other patients that just walk-in. I urge you guys to go find another clinic/hospital.

Worst experience at Aster clinic King Faisal road, I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Aster Clinic, King Faisal Road, Sharjah. I had an appointment at 7:40 PM, yet I still waited over 1.5 hours to see the doctor. If an appointment works the same as a walk-in, what is the point of booking one? To be fair, the doctors here are genuinely good and experienced, but the overall system completely ruins the experience. After the consultation, I went to the pharmacy and ended up waiting another 1.5 hours just to get the medicines. There was no proper token system, no organized process, and more than 10 people stuck waiting for approvals. It was total chaos. The next day, I came for my fasting blood test. I had already paid the previous evening and clearly asked the receptionist if I would have to wait. She assured me it would be quick. But when I arrived, she told me to take a token because "many patients come early morning for fasting samples." If that was the case, she should have informed me yesterday instead of giving vague reassurances. Only after I expressed my frustration did she process the approval properly. Even at the sample collection room, there was no token system, no name calling, nothing. The nurse simply asked, "Who came first?" while patients stood waiting without any order. This is not how a medical facility should function.
