Отвратительно.Машину забронировали заранее, в день аренды дали другую , забронированная и подтвержденая машина , оказалась не доступна уже.Сотрудник на стойке совсем не объясняет, что делать, куда идти - иди туда , ищи того , куда туда? Кого того? полная не компетентность , отсутствие даже базового сервиса .Первый и последний раз обращаюсь в эту компанию. Disgusting. We booked a car in advance, on the day of the rental they gave us another, booked and confirmed car, it turned out to be no longer available. The employee at the counter does not explain at all what to do, where to go - go there, look for that, where to go? Who that? Complete incompetence, lack of even basic service. The first and last time I contact this company.

Special thanks to Saad and Ankhul at the Yas Mall branch for their excellent support and quick response, they handled a car replacement promptly and professionally. The man standing there is damaging the company's reputation by saying one thing and sending an email with something else. Firstly, he let me to pay more for one month instead of 9 months contract and free cancellation after convincing me to take Kia pegas instead of Suzuki Ciaz. When I returned the car he told me we could not replace and there is no refund. I don’t advise to deal with him. I asked the company to take into consideration such these cases.

I had an excellent experience with Thrifty Car Rental at the Yas Mall branch. The agents, Hubert and Ankur, handled both the vehicle collection and return processes efficiently and smoothly, with no delays. The car was new, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Thrifty to others.

I chose THRIFTY specifically to experience the new NISSAN PATROL. But when picking up the car, I was informed that there was only one LAND CRUISER. When I made the reservation, the new NISSAN PATROL SE T2 was different from the old PATROL. The price was marked separately, the same as the INFINITY QX80, only cheaper than the BMW 7 Series, and more expensive than both the old PATROL and the LAND CRUISER. But the shop assistant told me it was the same price. Then I sent several emails to THRIFTYUAE, but there was no reply. I can accept a different model without specifying it, but you should at least offer me the same price. I didn't take screenshots at that time. Now there are no LAND CRUISER models available online. I can't show you the evidence. Although the car I rented this time was in good condition, very clean and new, the customer service didn't respond, which made me dissatisfied.

I had an amazing experience with Thrifty during my rental, and they even went above and beyond to listen to my requests, everything from delivery to collection was good. However there is an issue where they charged me for Yas mall Parking where I have not even went to Yas mall other than for pick up and delivery which didn’t even complete 1 hour, after informing them and they admitted the charge is by mistake, my card still got charged and more than 1 month and the charges are not refunded, I complained already and waiting for verdict, be careful as this issue is ongoing and We dont know whom to blame for, Yas mall Parking or Thrifty, and no one is helping only promises that we will resolve and get back to you, I expected more from Thrifty based on the feedback, from 5 stars to 1.
