Заказали по интернету, приехали забрали и через минут 15 уже были в пути.

I am attaching a screenshot of my yesterday's review due to what I have faced at Europcar branch. Sadly to say in less than 24 hours myself and this time with my respected daughter were treated in an impolite manners which reflects the customer service provided by Europcar branch which represents Europcar Brand. As I have mentioned yesterday such way of treating the customers will negativity impact the reputation and the image of Europcar image locally and globally. On the other side I have tried contacting the Branch respected management, but no response or call black even though I have made sure they got my number correct. So I have made another review without hesitations.

This time, my experience with Europcar was simply outstanding. Mr. Binu was extremely helpful and accommodating; he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and hassle-free. Also I made a mistake when I booked the car online, and Ms. Deblina kindly and promptly rectified it with great professionalism. Thank you very much to both. Amazing team and very professional. Highly recommend it.

The worst car rental in my life. Not professional at all. When they gave me the car they said that it has only 1/4 of the deposit, but as soon as I take it when I stop in the first traffic light it goes to the reserve. It was the rush hour and I lost almost an hour to arrive and fill the tank in the nearest gas station. Later I have sent an email to the consumer service and not even an apology I have received from them. For sure the last time in this office and with this company! Even worst the answer from the company, saying that they don't find any record. The reservation number was1182922766 and I have sent and email to Customer Service without any answer. This reflect that they don't care at all!

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, everything was fast and honest. See you again someday!
