Budget Rent a Car - Abu Dhabi Zayed International Airport

Рядом стоящая компания Thrifty. которой я делал 100% предоплату, придралась к моим "не международным" правам(которые отлично работали в Европе)не выдав мне машину, но присвоив мои 300 долл. Кстати, при мне они так "обули" ещё 2 семьи. Budget просто спас меня, выдав мне авто по моим правам и дебетке. Теперь я их должник. Депозит вернули через 5 дней минус штрафы, толл фии и бензин.

Хорошее обслуживание. Цены норм.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was very satisfied with the whole rental process. Everything was smooth and well organized, from pick-up to drop-off. The car was clean and in good condition and the staff was professional and helpful. The process was quick and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from Budget again and recommend it to others.

I’d never rented a car prior to this But highly recommend doing so Smooth process getting the vehicle - thorough check before handing over the keys (although finding the car was a bit of a mission ) Handing the car back was just as simple Great customer service at the counter and at the vehicle collection and drop off point Deposit was AED 1500 This was returned to me exactly a month after I dropped the car back off (with deductions made for toll and a speeding fine ) No complaints and definitely look forward to using budget again in the future

I should say that for yassin as customer service i have to give 5 stars and for the car condition i should give 3 stars. The stains are everywhere. Budget! You need to reconsider the fleet specially with the high mileages . Thanks

Very disappointing experience. I had an issue with a parking fee charged when collecting the car at Abu Dhabi Airport. In order to exit the car park and drive away with the vehicle, I was required to pay a parking fee at the barrier. This payment was made following instructions from Budget staff, and I was told it would be refunded. The amount charged was 128 AED, which was almost the cost of two full rental days. I tried to resolve the issue in person at Abu Dhabi Airport and later through customer service, providing all the requested information and receipts. Unfortunately, I was either redirected repeatedly or simply ignored, with no clear explanation or resolution. The car itself was fine (there was minor damage to the passenger door that didn't cause any problems), but the lack of accountability and customer support completely ruined the experience. For the sake of a relatively small amount, they lost a customer. I do not recommend this rental company based on how this situation was handled.

Changed rating from 1 star to 4. I booked a car quickly online and didn't realize it was the cheapest type. So, I requested an upgrade to a higher class and would have been able to pay the difference. The guy said he upgraded me without extra charge to a better car. I was thinking of upgrading to a BMW or similar. He said to Toyota, so I went with it. The car is so bad and scratched everywhere and has 40k on it. Does not drive straight and very dirty. The update: After talking to the team and having Othman and the guys at the industrial area in Abu Dhabi, hook me up with a better car. The staff are excellent, the availability of vehicles at the airport was an issue.
