I gave birth to my second child in February, and I would like to sincerely thank my OB for the exceptional care she provided throughout my journey. Dr. Shaymaa Hameed Habeeb is a very straightforward and highly professional doctor who gives clear and detailed explanations. She took care of me throughout my entire pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period. I had a smooth normal delivery, and I truly credit that to her excellent care and support. I would also like to thank all the medical staff who assisted me—especially the nurses and receptionists on the 5th floor of Building A. They are all very kind, accommodating, and professional. The ER staff, as well as the teams in the maternity ward on the 14th floor and the internal medicine ward on the 15th floor, were also wonderful and very caring. My entire family has been patients at NMC, and we can honestly say that every department we have visited has provided us with a pleasant experience. I would also highly recommend Dr. Sirar Ali in Pediatrics. She is very thorough and attentive when it comes to my children’s care. The only concern I would like to mention is that the food service for in-patients can sometimes be delayed. The waitresses are all lovely and kind, but the meals tend to arrive late. I hope this can be improved. Overall, NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah is the hospital where we feel most comfortable. Over the years of living in the UAE, it has consistently been the best healthcare experience for our family.

I would like to sincerely thank Nurse Alice Sebastian at NMC Royal Sharjah. She supported me during my hospital stay and was extremely kind, caring, and helpful. She was also pregnant at the time, yet she still showed so much patience and professionalism. I would also like to thank Kitchen Helper Feba. She was very compassionate and attentive to my diet, always making sure my meals were suitable and delivered on time. I truly appreciate their care and kindness. They made my experience much more comfortable. Thank you so much.

I would like to sincerely appreciate ER Nurse Abdullah for his outstanding clinical care during my visit to the Emergency Room yesterday. His IV insertion was completely painless. I would also like to thank Nursing Supervisor Sojan for taking the time to visit and check on me despite the busy midnight hours. Recently, I was admitted to NMC Royal Hospital, Sharjah, with an acute case of pancreatitis. It was an extremely painful and challenging time, but I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received. The nursing team in Ward 7 was truly outstanding and deserves special appreciation — Ms. Chinju, Josiya, Preetha, Jincy, Nithya, Seethu, Indhuja, Simi, Geena, Aswathy, and Vijy. They treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and respect throughout my stay. Their professionalism, constant reassurance, and positive attitude gave me strength during one of the most difficult moments of my life. They listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and checked on me regularly. Their calm presence and warm smiles made a very stressful situation much easier to endure. I truly believe my recovery would not have been possible without the doctor in charge. A very special thank you to Dr. Mounier Alwaw, Gastroenterologist, for his expertise, dedication, and compassionate care. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, listened carefully to my concerns, and ensured I felt informed and supported throughout my treatment. His knowledge and close monitoring gave me great reassurance and confidence during my recovery. I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Divina Luna, Ms. Misba, and Ms. Svethlana from the kitchen team, as well as Ms. Ishanka from the cleaning staff, for their attentive support and dedicated service. Because of this incredible doctor and nursing team, I am now recovering well. I was admitted to NMC Royal Hospital, Sharjah with a severe breathing issue, and now I am feeling much better thanks to the excellent care. Doctors and nurses are very friendly and supportive.
