I’m writing this review with a lot of disappointment. The staff did my French nail extensions, and they looked beautiful at first. But within just 1 week, the extensions started coming off. I have been getting nail extensions for over 2 years and I’m very careful with them, so this was really shocking. Normally, my extensions last at least a month. I paid 100 AED for the manicure and nail extensions (offer price since I did other services too), but honestly, it felt like a waste of money given how quickly they came off! I had them done for an important function, so this was especially frustrating and unprofessional. I have called and messaged the salon multiple times about this and requested at least a refund for the nails. They asked me to come to the salon, but I’m currently in India, so traveling to Abu Dhabi just for this isn’t possible. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they’re simply ignoring the issue. This is very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I got my keratin done along with many other services like facial and hair spa, and everything was really very good. I’m extremely happy with the results. The New Year offer they have put up is amazing and totally worth it. The beautician(Maya and kokila ) attended me was very professional, polite, and made me feel very comfortable. It’s a very warm and bonding place. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Magic Mirror for a hair spa, and it was a wonderful experience, exceeding my expectations as a first-time visitor. Miss Sissy, the hairstylist, was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel completely comfortable during the entire process, from hair wash to massaging. The friendly atmosphere and overall service were exceptional. I highly recommend Magic Mirror for anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable hair spa experience. I am extremely satisfied, and will definitely be returning, especially for Miss Sissy's service....Thank you for the wonderful experience ❤️

I had such a great experience here! Got my manicure, haircut, and threading done, and everything turned out amazing. Aashi , she’s really skilled, gentle, and makes you feel super comfortable. The place is clean and welcoming, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend her!

Had a wonderful experience at Magic Mirror Salon, Shabiya 10. I did threading, facial and pedicure. Ms. Maya and ceezi attended me . They are very professional and friendly. Maya's service and suggestions were excellent. Good hospitality.New year offer is worthy. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at this beauty parlor. The services were really good and done with great care and attention to detail. Maya and Kokila attended me, and both are extremely professional, talented, and perfectionists in their work. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend this place.

I come to this saloon from about 6 months ,I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service of AASHI .She doesn't let other staff also to work properly and is the one who is not professional,she forces other staff to do the work quickly, her nature is not at all welcoming ,today when I entered the salon first she gave me a negative reaction why did I come without an appointment and this is her second time. Before also she told me to go back by saying that they don't have brown hair color!!!! But I didn't complain for her as it was her first time. For any place to grow and be famous among people is not the owner, its the staff who will deal with your customers. Please teach your staff AASHI to give good welcoming service because it's not only me also my friends will stop coming to your salon. WE WILL GO TO THE SALON WHERE WE FIND GOOD AND WELCOMING SERVICES.
