⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at My Look Ladies Beauty Lounge – City Branch, Abu Dhabi. I did a hair wash, haircut, eyebrow threading, and face cleanup, and every service was done with great care and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, skilled, and attentive. I really appreciated that they took their time with each service—no hurry at all—everything was done in a calm and professional manner. The service quality was excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality beauty services in Abu Dhabi. ‍♀️✨

I had a really nice experience at this salon. All the staff treated me like family and took care of everything with so much attention. The service was excellent for both me and my friend, and we truly loved it. I initially came for a haircut, but I also did a dandruff treatment, which was really amazing. ⭐️ 1/5 A few days ago, my friends and I visited this salon for hair services, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. It felt like they didn't know how to treat customers with basic respect. What's even more upsetting is that when the owner lady is present, they behave politely and professionally — but in her absence, their attitude completely changes. We even noticed them making fun of us in their regional language, which was extremely hurtful and disrespectful. This was the first time I ever felt so uncomfortable and disrespected during a salon visit. Another issue was that they weren’t ready to share the available offers or service details clearly. We had to ask multiple times, and still didn’t get proper information — which felt very unfair. We expected a relaxing and professional experience, but sadly, we walked out feeling insulted. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better training and behavior from the staff.

A non-professional beauty salon that provides service rudely! I showed them a photo of the procedure I wanted and they did the exact opposite. On top of that, I had to pay and got scolded. I do not recommend it to anyone. Moreover, being this rude is extremely disrespectfulyou pay for a service, and this should not be the outcome!

I got hot oil and clean up and i had an amazing experience. Zel was excellent at hot oil massage ,i had a very relaxing time. I definitely will recommend Zel to everyone. Raman did my clean up and it was very soothing to the skin. Overall i had a very good experience and their customer service is very good.. Thanks to Anshika as well.

Highly Recommended I’ve visited My Look Beauty Salon only twice so far, but I must say, I’m extremely satisfied with both experiences.
