Amazing Experience!! So much in budget but with quality service! I’m so so so happy! This was my second time but more happier than before! Love the calmness and welcoming nature of all the staff! So much caring staff, always offering water and checking on your comfort while we are getting services done! Amazing result!

Terrible I got a haircut and it was so choppy she gave me layers instead of a straight cut and didn’t even apologize. Said I was lying and didn’t tell her i wanted a straight cut but I never asked for layers either, if she didn’t know what i wanted she could’ve asked. I spent 4 years growing my hair and my length is now completely gone. I went in with long straight hair and went out crying with one of the worst haircuts of my life. Update: I went in today an hour ago and everyone was very kind. Unfortunately the lady that gave me my haircut yesterday wasn’t here so i could show her how horrendous it looked. Another Stylist had told me that she could fix it and it looks very nice now. Although it will take years to grow my hair and fix the mistake the previous lady had made it doesn’t look as bad now the stylist and receptionist were very sweet and were cooperative. I recommend the other lady she did a very nice job in fixing my hair so amazing.

I visited Namys Beauty Lounge salon yesterday for a hair treatment and was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. I opted for hair Botox and facial, and the results were beyond my expectations - my look has completely transformed! A heartfelt thanks to Namys’s team for their wonderful service and attention to detail. I will definitely return for all my skin and hair treatments. Truly the best service

I went to namys for my hair treatment my hair were very frizzy and un healthy they gave hair protein treatment which boosted my hairs to looking shinny and healthy I highly recommend all ladies looking for the satisfaction of their hairs and looking beautifully easy manageable hairs thanks team namys plus the owner she is the best ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first visit to the salon, and I had a wonderful experience! They have an excellent team. I received so many compliments all thanks to them. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some good services.

Overall, the staffs are very friendly and the environment is welcoming. I had a good experience with most of the team, except for one staff member. HydraFacial : Done by Maya, who was polite and professional. However, the machine suction and products were average, and I didn’t get the usual glow I’ve experienced elsewhere. Waxing, threading, hair flicks & manicure : Done by Saba—she was sweet, diligent, and did a great job. Manicure (0/5): One nepali staff member was careless, cut my cuticle deeply, and responded indifferently when I mentioned the pain. I had complimentary massage as well which was good too. I spent AED 520 in total. Except for one negative experience, the services are worth trying, though there’s room for improvement. **Reduced the rating due to the manicure lady**
