I had a great experience at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Haris for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. He patiently explained all the details and helped me choose the perfect item without any pressure. His customer service skills are excellent, and he made the entire buying process smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him to anyone visiting the store.

Visited this store today morning, a trainee lady desperately trying to find a team Member to assist me. What surprised me is the lack of enthusiasm and proactive ness with the fellows standing and totally disinterested! Had to walk out of this rather big place to the next one Joyalukkas to complete my shopping. What a contrast at that store welcoming, helpful and friendly. Don’t waste your time at this Malabar!
