Dollar Car Rental - Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan Hotel

If you haven't experienced a true unnecessary complications, then go ahead please and visit that Philippinese lady working in this branch. She enjoyed how she was asking for extra unneeded docs and unrealistic requirements and this is my first time to face this in UAE. I dealt with Hertz, Thrifty, Sixt and others using the identical documents and cards that were rejected by that complicated lady. She wasted my valuable counted time for nothing. If i continued with her, she seemed to ask for a medical check up or even more. I don't recommend Dollar as long as she still works here.

I simply want to thank you for the whole time we stayed together. Make business with Dollar was easy and very pleasant, once you provided everything and you're always prompt to get solutions. Dollar Rent A Car is a very reliable rent a car company. The Employees have been very accommodating, very helpful, very supportive of the needs of the clients. The employees are specifically ALYSSA . she is very reliable that even off work, she pick-up your call and she's always helping me even she's working in other location Thank you Dollar and Alyssa for always giving the best customer service.

The lady working at the office does not give clear information about the security deposit. She told me after ,30 days. I have been trying to call her, she does n't pick up the call. After many times she replied by SMS and giving me different answers. . Before she was justifying that my bank is still not confirming, I don't know confirming what?? Now she says I need to wait in the queue because there are a lot of people waiting . After I told her that they should be honest to customers ،, she replied with again different answer that the deposit after 30 working days I need to report this behaviour.

Alyssa was just wonderful. Very professionnal attitude. I really appreicate that she was able to find a car for me on sunday based on a last minute request Also the cost at Dollar was very competitive
