People goes to gym to get healthier but in thsi gym it’s opposite your not save from bacteria’s and other diseases cause their is zero responsibility and no one cares about the gym they just made the gym and let it run by it self if you want more stress and zero benefit from gym welcome to this gym

One of the best gyms I’ve been to! The equipment is top-notch, the atmosphere is motivating, and everything is super clean and well-maintained. Special shoutout to the trainer — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you hit your goals. Every session feels personalized and effective. Highly recommend to anyone serious about fitness!

I’ve been a member of this gym for a few months and really enjoy the experience. Mr. Shivas is very friendly, supportive, and always available to help if needed. The locker rooms are usually clean, though they could improve the shower maintenance. The membership fee is reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking for a motivating and well-equipped place to work out.

This gym has everything I was looking for—clean environment,and a motivating atmosphere. The trainers are always ready to help with form, workouts, and guidance. I’ve seen real progress since joining and actually enjoy coming here every day. Highly recommended.

One of the best gyms in Al Nadha. Compact yet all the machines are there. And the best part is certified trainers are there. One of them is Bibil Bhai who's having a good knowledge of the workout plans. Happy to be the part of AARS Bodybuilding Club ‍♂️

Extremely disappointed with the customer service today. I called the gym around 2:00 PM on October 13, 2025, just to ask a simple question and the attitude I got on the phone was unbelievable. I greeted politely, expecting a normal, respectful tone, but the person who answered sounded rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No greeting, no "How may I help you?", just a cold "What do you want?" tone. That’s not how you treat new or existing members. Whoever answered the phone at that time needs serious training or replacement because this kind of behavior destroys your gym’s reputation. I was actually planning to come in for a trial, but after that call? Definitely not anymore. Unacceptable service.
