It felt like they were more interested in pushing unnecessary tests than providing proper care. 3. **Poor Hygiene & Facility Maintenance** – The clinic appeared **unclean**, with stained chairs and dusty equipment. For a medical center, this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. 4. **Overpriced & Unjustified Billing** – I was charged **exorbitant fees** for basic services, and the billing department was uncooperative when I questioned discrepancies. 5. **Zero Follow-Up or Accountability** – After raising complaints, **no one responded**. There’s clearly no effort to improve patient satisfaction. **Conclusion:** I would **never recommend** Bioclinic Medical Center to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and seek care elsewhere. There are far better clinics that actually value their patients.

I’m really disappointed with my laser hair removal experience. Instead of getting smoother skin, the hair started growing back stronger, thicker, and much sharper than before. The results were nothing like what I was promised. I followed all the instructions, took care of my skin properly, and still didn’t see any improvement. It was honestly a waste of money and a very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place for laser hair removal at all.
