My partner and I recently rented an apartment in JBR with Michel. The experience has been amazing throughout. The first interaction was super professional and welcoming, he was not pushy and answered all of our questions on the spot. Showed us multiple apartments in the same building, even though we booked one viewing. Super responsive, clear and concise communication through the rental proces after we made the decision. We are new to Dubai and he went out of his way to explain everything around the rental process, held nothing back. Told us what to watch out for. Walked us through the Dewa, Ejari, etc. Responded to our ridiculous questions in detail. He was always on our side in negotiations. Michel is your guy for anything property related in Dubai and will not lead you astray.

Very Bad Experience - Do Not Use This Agency I am living in Dubai for many years and I rent out my apartments through many different agencies before. This is my first time having such bad experience. The agent Claude S. Saker was very rude to me on the phone and not professional at all. This is not how you should treat clients. I feel like they are just finding any tenant from anywhere without checking properly. They only care about getting their agency fees and after that they forget about you completely. When I try to call the management to complain,reception answers. The agent ignores my calls and the administration also didn’t know anything. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Could not rate the service of Michel Badawi of Wiki Homes higher, He has really gone above and beyond in the service of a real estate broker. from initial enquiry of a villa through to completing and handover Michel has been supportive throughout. Even after handover now he has been on hand to assist with a couple of minor teething issues with the villa. I would absolutely recommend Michel and the team at Wiki Homes.
