I have always felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire session with Erlin as her professionalism and expertise are unmatched. Thank you Erlin for your dedication to your craft.Thank you Erlin for being such a wonderful esthetician each time I have visited kayas mega mall sharjah over the yrs for my facials and laser treatment has made me feel like I'm in the best hands and you care about my skin health and it shows amazing results. Thank you Erlin for helping me look and feel my best after my prolonged meditation.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kaya Clinic, Mega Mall branch. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was made to wait for over 2 hours. This shows a complete lack of respect for the patient’s time. What’s worse is the treatment during follow-up consultations. Since follow-ups are supposed to be free (as the consultation fee is already paid on the first visit), the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive. It felt like they only prioritize patients who are making fresh payments. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I expected professional and consistent care, but sadly, that was not the case here. Definitely not coming back.

I visited the Kaya Clinic, Mega Mall branch, for my hair exosome treatment and had an excellent experience. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed, and the staff were courteous and cooperative throughout my visit. The branch manager, Ms. Namia, provided thorough guidance and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the treatments offered at the clinic. Dr. Muhammad Dallah was highly professional and attentive, he focused on understanding my hair concerns and overall health rather than promoting unnecessary or expensive treatments or products. He ensured there were no underlying medical issues contributing to my hair fall and completed the procedure efficiently. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of care, professionalism, and transparency shown by the entire team.

Had my best experience because of senior Laser Technician Surumi, she not only guided and recommended by giving suggestions but went extra mile in giving me a excellent experience with my treatment, I would highly recommend her for other patients who would visit in the nearby future for their treatment. She is Friendly and customer satisfaction oriented.
