من أسوأ التجارب التي مررت بها مع عيادة طبية للأسف. سوء واضح في التنظيم، وعدم التزام تام بالمواعيد، وانتظار طويل بدون أي احترام لوقت المرضى أو حتى اعتذار بسيط. مستوى التعامل غير مهني إطلاقاً، ويعطي انطباعاً بعدم الاهتمام براحة المراجعين أو جودة الخدمة المقدمة. تجربة مخيبة للآمال بكل معنى الكلمة، ولا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذه العيادة حتى يتم تحسين مستوى الإدارة والخدمة بشكل جذري One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical clinic, unfortunately. There is a clear lack of organization, complete disregard for appointment schedules, and excessively long waiting times without any respect for patients’ time or even a simple apology. The level of professionalism in dealing with patients is extremely poor and gives the impression of a lack of concern for patient comfort or the quality of the services provided. A truly disappointing experience in every sense of the word, and I would not recommend dealing with this clinic until there is a fundamental improvement in management and service quality.

I have been going to VLCC for several treatment and so far am happy with the results…the clinic is exceptional clean and their service is super. Very accommodating flexible interms of appointments. The staff are very lovely and professional starting from the ladies to the receptionist to the physician Bhoomi, Jini and Manisha very knowledgeable and helpful. A big thank you to Dr.Bassem he is the best! At the beginning I was unsure about having treatments done in VLCC due to the mixed reviews but thanks to Sandy who assured me that I will not regret my decision and also offered me complementary trials to experience their service and machine and since I was impressed I decided to stick to VLCC Try them once and you will not regret it!

I had a great experience at VLCC RAK, especially with Anaswara. She is an excellent and very professional employee. I did my laser sessions with her, and she was extremely gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and ensured the treatment was done perfectly. I’m very satisfied with the results and the service. Highly recommend asking for Anaswara if you’re doing laser treatments.

I had a great experience with Anaswara in laser . She is very smart and highly skilled lady. She keeps asking about pain and tries her best to comfort. I highly recommend laser treatment for anyone who is thinking to get it done with Anaswara.

I would like to share my honest experience with the three services I have used. Slimming package 3 months I was disappointed because I did not see the expected results. My weight remained the same, and my waist size did not change despite using various machines and undergoing slimming procedures. I should have realized from the beginning that this procedure would not work for me. Jinsy and Bumi took care of me during my slimming journey, she was very helpful in explaining the entire process in detail and ensuring that I felt comfortable. With the assistance of Dr. Ihab, the dietitian to guide me on healthy meal. One of the most effective ways to lose weight is through a rapid weight-loss diet, combined with eating the right foods, walking, exercise, staying hydrated and be patient as it takes time. A quick procedure may lead to disappointment and a waste of money. Indiba face lifting It was amazing! I noticed the results after just two sessions. My face looked less puffy and is brighter than usual. I purchased a package of 10 sessions. Laser hair reduction treatment. I have been visiting two different clinics for a couple of years, but I have never experienced anything like I did at the VLCC clinic. Anaswara is gentle and makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the process. After the session, my skin feels smooth and does not have any burns or dryness, which has been a common issue at the other clinics I've visited. I purchased for a full-body laser hair treatment package of 9 sessions. PS: This review has been edited, there has been no follow-up from the branch despite the respond in my review or compensation for the slimming package, which has had zero results.

I had a treatment for face with Chaza she is amazing, only one session I can see the result on my face.. and she also give a lot off recommendations for life style to improve our skin. And also with Anaswara for laser she is very gentle and care during the session. Can’t wait to have more session with them.
