تجربتي مع مركز التجميل كانت كتير ممتازة عملت جلسات ليزر عندهم وبصراحة النتيجة فوق توقعاتي. المكان نظيف ومرتب، والتعامل راقي جدًا من أول ما تدخلّي لآخر الجلسة. الموظفات كتير لطيفين و بخصوص الصبية اسمها سمرا وبيخلّوك تحسي بالراحة، والجهاز حديث وما حسّيت بألم مزعج. مبسوطة كتير بالنتيجة وبأكيد رح كمل جلساتي عندهم وأنصح أي بنت حابة تعمل ليزر تجرب عندهم بدون تردد

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your customer service. I have been a loyal client for the past five years, and until now I have never encountered an issue of this nature. During my recent appointment, I arrived slightly late due to unavoidable circumstances. Instead of being treated with understanding, I felt as though I was being punished for the delay. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and even the rescheduling process was poorly managed. Additionally, the machine used during my appointment was in very poor condition and caused an unnecessary delay of approximately 20 minutes. This delay was entirely outside of my control. Despite this, the staff placed the blame on me and attempted to instruct me on what I should say, which felt inappropriate and disrespectful. As a long-term client, I expected a higher standard of service, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations and left me extremely disappointed. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review how such situations are handled in the future, especially with long-standing clients.

I went to this clinic by recommendation for treating melasma.The reception tried to sway with Dec offers and got me to pay three session money upfront.Got the treatment for PRP using meso as a offer bundle.Resulting in no use my cheek melasma marks are still there rather darker due to skin abrasion by PRP , I constantly inquired on TXa which they claimed not available and rather expensive.The nurses are polite and skilled. Go to this clinic only for laser hair removal ,botox not fit to invest on pigment related skin issues money dump no results.Not to reccomend pigment issues.

I have been asked a few times where I get my laser treatment done, and I always recommend this place. They exceeded my expectations truly. Whenever you start, they always make it a priority to ensure you know the different kinds of lasers and how it works. All of the staff are amazing people, sweet, welcoming and just overall fantastic people. I will always choose to recommend the clinic to friends and family who want to start laser as I have had a wonderful experience with beauty style and will continue with them.

⸻ I am currently undergoing laser treatment at this clinic, and I must say I’m extremely happy with the results so far. The laser technician, Reena, is excellent at her work and takes the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. The reception team is also very helpful and responsive. Their packages are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I had a laser hair removal treatment and I’m very satisfied! The laser works gently, with minimal discomfort. My skin felt smooth and clean afterward, with no irritation.
