I would like to share my experience with this clinic regarding my laser sessions. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the service consistency. Every time I book an appointment, I clearly request to have the same therapist, as I feel comfortable with her and trust her work. However, despite confirming this multiple times, the therapist keeps being changed without informing me in advance. On my last visit, I arrived expecting my usual specialist, but another therapist was assigned instead. This made me uncomfortable and affected my overall experience. For treatments like laser, consistency is very important for both comfort and results. I hope the clinic can respect clients’ preferences and improve appointment management in the future

I had a hydrofacial with Malini and it was amazing. She was so thorough and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. She explained everything she was doing and made the experience feel very relaxing. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards – I would definitely recommend! 🙂

Dr. Hussein may be a man of few words, but he’s very accommodating and makes sure all your concerns are addressed, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. His technique is gentle, precise, and truly shows his expertise. The team at the clinic is also wonderful, very warm, attentive, and helpful which made the whole experience even better. This has been my best experience with a dermatologist so far, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for safe, natural-looking, and highly satisfying results.
