Obsessed with my nails! Thank you ate Mai my nails turned out so pretty, thank you for being so sweet and accommodating! Clean place, friendly team, and beautiful results. Highly recommended! Al Nahda 4 Branch♥️

Okay. This is going to be a long review. After so many suggestions me and my friend went to this branch of simply beauty for eyebrow threading. The 2 women who did that, did their work amazingly. After that I went to the reception to check few prices of manicure and hair treatment. The woman sitting at the reception IN FRONT OF ME, started speaking to her friend in her language about me. She started insulting how I am from a group of people who have started roaming around spas knowing their price rates etc. She thought I won't understand. This was next level humiliating. 3 star because the service was good, but the reception lady horribly entitled and horrible behavior.

I came for a nail refill today and I’m really happy with the service. The staff were polite and respectful, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Most importantly, my refill was done by Axel with so much patience, care, and attention to detail. The result is absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to Axel for the outstanding work. ✨

I had a wonderful massage from Mary Jane at Simply Beauty, Al Nahda 4 branch. She is very professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff service overall was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend Mary Jane and this branch for anyone looking for a great experience!

Terrible scheduling management. I had a confirmed appointment, and receptionist decided to give my slot to another customer. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional , especially when it happened before and she said it was by mistake! I was like a fool sitting for nearly 45mn just because I believed her again ! What a waste of time this No proper apology or solution and the minute I got home , she s texting me and asking me to come back ! Like ….. seriously?!

I recently visited simply beauty salon. Miss. Juliet bolo was very kind, humble and she made my day today! She really has a magic hands 🙂 she is a great stylist. She deserves this!
