I had the best experience at this salon❤️❤️I did facial and hair treatments, a manicure with a beautiful design, and also got my hair and brows done. Everything was perfect / the staff were professional and so friendly. I left feeling relaxed and confident. Highly recommended❤️❤️ Special thanks to the hairstylist who did my hair, she was amazing. I got my lashes done there and the experience was horrible to say the least. For starters, the tech showed me an inspo pic from their own Instagram account, and the result I got was absolutely horrendous and nothing like the photo. When I pointed that out, she gaslit me and insisted it was the same, even though it clearly wasn’t. The next day, I woke up with my eyelids swollen to almost double their size, and my eyes were extremely red, itchy, and felt like they were on fire. They stayed like that for an entire week even after I had the lashes removed. Even now, after the inflammation has calmed down, I’m still dealing with extreme dryness and itchiness in my eyes. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. I’ve gotten my lashes done so many times at different salons and I’ve never experienced anything even close to this. This was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Edit: Your response is actually proving my point. You were the ones who showed me the inspo picture from your own Instagram account. I did not bring that picture to you. You presented it as your own work, and you told me that this is the style I would be getting. The result that I saw on my own eyes was nothing like the photo you showed me. If I had brought an inspo myself, I would have understood small differences, but this was your own work that you failed to achieve. I even agreed to the photo that you showed me because I trusted that since it was your work and not someone else’s, the results would be more accurate and more reliable. I chose your own inspo instead of bringing something from another place because I trusted you and expected a result that matched what you presented. Regarding the contacts, as I already said, I have had my lashes done many times before and I have never experienced anything even close to what happened with you. About the swelling, my eyelids were swollen. I worked in the medical field and I know exactly what swollen lids look like. I will not allow you to rewrite what happened or convince me of something that is not true. And just to be clear, giving me a refund was the absolute bare minimum. We are talking about eyes, not some random body part. A mistake on the eyes is serious and should have been treated that way from the beginning. I gain nothing from sharing anything false. My review was exactly what I experienced, exactly what happened, and exactly what I saw and felt with my own eyes.

my favorite salon to go to and truly the best in Sharjah! the location is great and convenient (University City/Muweilah/Zahia), the entire staff is so nice, and the prices are really great. they do hair, nails, waxing, massage, and more. i’ve gotten gel polish & manicure multiple times here and the attention to detail is unmatched, one of the many reasons i keep coming back! also great for hair- this is where i got a brazilian blowout hair treatment and my hair has never felt better! i love their deal where you can get 5 services done for 159aed on Mondays & Tuesdays, such a great offer! they’re super accommodating and very responsive on WhatsApp too. i’m definitely going to keep coming back!

Kavina and sanam do great nails there work is very nice and clean and they are very nice and I rate the service 10/10 perfect and the hairstylist galila does very nice hair and her work is very professional

I had my lashes and brows lamination done here and I absolutely love the results! ✨ The staff were super friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The service was excellent and the quality of their work really shows. Highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back!
