Единственное, что можно похвалить в этом салоне это интерьер. Мастер занёс инфекцию когда делал педикюр. Максимально не профессиональный менеджмент ! Деньги которые вы положили на мой аккаунт без моего разрешения можете взять себе как чаевые - я не вернусь никогда. Очень разочарована.

I had an amazing experience at Bedashing RAK, thanks to Medy and Cherinie. Both are extremely talented, professional, and attentive to detail. They took their time to make sure my nails were perfect, and the results were beautiful and long-lasting.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the quality of service I received at your Bedashing Ras Al Khaimah branch. Approximately three weeks ago, I had my nails done at your salon, and the service caused me significant pain. I suffered for a week with an infection and had to treat it with Fucidin cream and Betadine. The manager apologized and offered me a complimentary nail cleaning during my next visit, assuring me that I would be served by your best staff. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I experienced another painful and unprofessional service. The staff member doing my feet appeared to be in a rush and handled the process carelessly, which caused me discomfort again. This clearly shows that no improvement has been made since my last experience. Additionally, during the first incident, the supervisor asked me where I was from while apologizing. I found this question unprofessional and unnecessary in such a situation. Despite giving the salon a second chance, the same issues occurred again. What added to my disappointment is that, after everything, I was still asked to pay. The manager informed me that I needed to pay for my hands only, and the feet would be complimentary. She smiled and said she did not understand how this could happen again, even though she had assigned me to a "good staff member." This response made me feel stressed and embarrassed rather than supported. Considering the repeated negligence and unprofessional behavior, I am strongly considering filing a report at the hospital and submitting a formal complaint to MOE and DED. I believe not only the technicians, but also the manager require proper training on how to handle customers—especially in situations involving injuries or repeated mistakes. What I expected was genuine concern and responsible action, not excuses and uncomfortable interactions. I hope you will take this matter seriously to prevent other customers from facing similar experiences. Regards Dina

One of my best beauty ladies lounge. I tried most branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al-Alkhaimah and Fujairah. The quality may differ slightly from one branch to another but still the products and the services are amazing. Highly recommend to try their services especially for nails services.
