I usually order the Angus burger and it’s delicious However, today it was very disappointing. The burger did not taste good at all, and they were using frozen patties instead of fresh meat. This really affected the quality and flavor .

The food selections are not that great, but all tasted good and also have good quality. The platting is interesting. It's a bit overpriced for what we got. Better to eat there when someone is a member, so you'll get a discount. The service is good but a bit slow.

I left feeling truly embarrassed by the way I was treated by the staff. The food in general is mediocre, nothing esquisite, but the French toast was appalling. It was a "make-shift" french toast that arrived cold and looked more like a cake of anything. I couldn't eat it, and I told them I'd like to cancel the order, which was met with defensiveness and me having to explain and defend my reasons. I clearly took less than a bite and confirmed that it was not for me. That should be the end of the story. However, I felt ganged up on by multiple staff putting me under undue stress. They wanted to force me to pay for something I didn't want to eat. I never felt more embarrassed and undermined by a restaurant in my life. They must be so desperate for 45aed to make a customer feel scrutinized and unwelcome.

I’ve been a loyal visitor to this club for years and always enjoyed dining at the restaurant — especially the Angus Beef Burger, which used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered 5 main course meals, including three Angus Beef Burgers, and the quality was shockingly poor for the burgers. The meat was dry, chewy, and had a burnt oil taste that made me feel sick. I genuinely lost my appetite and felt disgusted. One of the meals was returned and replaced, I refused the second, and in the third, the person only ate the bun and sides — the beef was left untouched and eventually thrown away. I did share my feedback with the staff, who were polite and said they would inform the chef. She also offered a discount at the spa or salon, but honestly, that didn’t make up for the experience. At AED 58 per burger total bill is more 235 dhs, I expected much better. This used to be one of my favorite places to unwind with my children and family, but after today, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope the management takes this seriously — food quality and consistency should never be compromised.
