Шикарный ресторан с потрясающим видом. В течении ужина играют фонтаны. Лучше взять столик на террасе. Мы взяли сет меню, вышло примерно на 300 долларов с человека. За 100 долларов мясо покроют стружкой из трюфеля. Что огорчает, что за 100 долларов кроют черным трюфелем, а не белым. Для меня белый трюфель является той настоящей ароматной классикой за которую хочется платить. Когда это делают в обычных ресторанах - это ладно, когда в мишлен с таким ценником- это странно. В целом еда, хорошая, качественная, вкусная. Первая позиция - каша с улитками- фирменное блюдо Хестон Блюменталь, на чем он сделал имя - попробовать стоит. Винное сопровождение интересное, с любопытными позициями. Ресторан находится на 2 этаже. Есть лифт с указанием на ресторан.

Место, где кулинарные фантазии становятся реальностью. Посетив это заведение, я увидела изысканное меню и атмосферу творчества и вдохновения. Блюда в Dinner by Heston Blumenthal превосходят все ожидания своим вкусом и оригинальными сочетаниями ингредиентов. Если будете здесь, то обязательно попробуйте их фирменное блюдо "Мясной фрукт". Я крайне разочарована этим местом . Не вкусно и дорого .Всю не болел желудок от картошки с трюфелем .

Outstanding experience, unique dishes and attractive concept. Well, first of all, the way you need to take in order to reach the restaurant is absolutely captivating. The hotel lobby is impressive. Right before you enter, you will also be amazed by the wooden figures, that look like ancient/mythological creatures. The dark atmosphere is so welcoming. The menu is quite simple, yet elegant. From the moment you are seated, the story begins with each dish on the menu containing a bit of a story about its origins. You're also given the option to select the type of experience you wanna go with: a) I just want to eat, b) describe the main components, or c) tell me a story. One of the first amuse-bouche is a frozen beetroot ball with some type of cream (?, or butter) that is sooo exquisite. Followed by an in-house bread&butter that is so fluffy and creamy. What really made my night, kept me thinking about after leaving, and simply was delicious, was the Meat Fruit! A tangerine/mandarin filled with a chicken pate, paired with a fried sourdough. Hats down. Favorite from that night. Another honored mention was the Rice & Flesh, a kind of risotto with beef cheek! So buttery, creamy and rich. Throughout our night, the whole team was so attentive. Julia & Alfredo's wine pairings were great, Beauty, Sahal & his assistant (sorry I forgot his name) were so knowledgeable and friendly, the bartenders came out to check and offer night digestives, the home Irish Cream was sooo addictive. Last, but certainly not the least, the Tipsy Tea Cake got me drooling over and over! Crispy, moist and tasty. The whole night was so entertaining. Oh, and the terrace view is so good once the fountain show is playing.

I have been to Dinner by Heston in Dubai twice now and honestly, it’s been amazing both times. The food is so good — everything we tried was full of flavour and beautifully done. The atmosphere is great too, really nice vibe. The staff were lovely and really attentive the whole night. They were always around if we needed anything and made us feel properly looked after. The head chef even came out and served one of the dishes, which was such a cool touch. I will definitely be going back again soon!

Located in one of my favourite spot in Dubai, the Atlantis the Royal, the renowned restaurant, caught me at the first sight. The venue glows with warm discrete light, polished dark wood, and a refined, theatrical ambiance that sets the tone for the evening. The dishes are pure art, especially the iconic Meat Fruit, silky and decadent and the perfectly cooked rich Roast Cod. From your table you are able to watch the chefs cooking and understand how each plate is meticulously crafted and beautifully presented. The staff elevate the experience: warm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about guiding you through the menu and its stories. There is also a winery with a top variety of the best brands. The venue is a flawless mix of creativity, flavor, and hospitality you cannot miss out in Dubai as exceptional Michelin-level dine out.

An absolutely outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional — beautifully executed, confident, and full of flavour, with each dish feeling thoughtful and purposeful rather than showy. Service throughout the evening was seamless, attentive, and genuinely warm, striking that perfect balance between professionalism and ease. A very special mention has to go to our sommelier, Julia, who truly elevated the entire evening. Her wine pairings were absolutely on point — not just technically correct, but intuitive and perfectly matched to the food and the mood of the meal. Her depth of wine knowledge is exceptional, and the way she communicated it was confident, engaging, and never overbearing. She has easily been the most knowledgeable and professional sommelier we’ve encountered so far in Dubai, and she made the evening feel genuinely special. The restaurant has an absolute gem in her. A world-class restaurant delivering on every level — food, service, and wine — and an experience we’ll be thinking about for a long time. Highly recommended.
