A serene and cozy fine dine experience, with excellent variety of Lebanese dishes and delicious food. The amazing taste is heightened with exceptional service and live music. The pool view is beautiful and serene and the staff are very friendly and professional. Special mention to Suleiman for his excellent service.

Great place to have some good Lebanese food. We came after a hike. Seating is right by the pool, very nice atmosphere, not too crowded. Some Feiruz songs in the background. The food quality was great. We've had eight different mezzas, and all of them were top-notch. The staff was very welcoming. They helped us with our choices, made us feel welcome, and always came to check on us and ask us if anything is needed. They were very patient and kind. Overall, it was a great experience, would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Min Zaman restaurant in Rotana Hotel Al Ain! The atmosphere by the poolside is incredibly inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The Lebanese cuisine was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Mr. Aseem for his outstanding hospitality—he truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!

Honestly, better than many good restaurants in Lebanon itself! Amazing Lebanese food. When it comes to service, everyone is professional, friendly and nice. The atmosphere is great, especially in winter with the outside seating. My favourite place in Al Ain and pretty much the only one I trust if I have visitors 🙂

Nice place on the premises of Rotana Al Ain Hotel. The atmosphere on the terrace is fantastic, cozy, and welcoming. We arrived at 5:10; there were enough seats, and the service was really prompt—it took nearly 5 minutes to serve the bread and vine leaves. The freshly baked bread was absolutely amazing, and the vine leaves and hummus were delicious. The meat was slightly dry but still tasty. Portions were generous. The place is popular, and by 7 PM, it’s best to have a reservation for the best seats

Karim was the best, He made my wife birthday very special. Find him very kind and professional. Nissirine Made the reservation very professionally explained us to understand with concept and special table for us at the poll side and entertain kids so we can enjoy .
