Проживаем в отеле Шангри Ла Абу Даби, заходим в данный ресторан каждодневно. Приятное место, очень чисто и красиво, вкусная еда. Отличный сервис работников, особенно хотелось бы отметить работника Rijes, внимательный и любую просьбу находит решение. Спасибо!

We were driving from Dubai for a day trip to Abu Dhabi and decided to stop at the Shangri-La Hotel to use their lounge café, as I also had a voucher to redeem there. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We ordered a club sandwich, and the waiter informed us it would take around 25 minutes to prepare. Given the price of $25, we were expecting something special and freshly made. However, when it arrived, it was cold, bland, and tasted like processed meat, with cold bread and no flavour — far below the standard one would expect from a luxury hotel like Shangri-La. We shared our feedback with the waiter, and although the staff were polite and removed the item from our bill, the experience was still a letdown. The pool area also lacked the inviting atmosphere we were hoping for. Sadly, this visit changed our perception of the property, and I wouldn’t reconsidered staying here in the future.

All staff were so gracious and kind. Dane, Mildred, Rijesh, Gautam were especially helpful, over multiple days. Very quickly, people knew my name and recognized me. It made my week-long stay feel more luxurious than I expected.

Thanks for that coffee in the lobby Especially The the lady her name Dana she take the order in good way and she served me in way also and she is Active and so helpful and always when we come she meet us with good smile and she gave the place good energy really thanks too Shangela hotel cause they choose good employee that make them always in the top. Lovely, peaceful afternoon Tea in celebration of Breast Cancer awareness. With a warm welcome from Wai, such a sweet, attentive and professional individual that offered us the best service. Creating a space as if we're the only ones there. The beautifully presented and very delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lobby Lounge and will be back soon.

Incredible experience, fantastic service especially from Yoon and Weiwho were super attentive and cordial and made my time pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will be back again. Food was fresh and delicious. Props to the team and their attention to detail and excellent service to the customer.

Had an Afternoon tea and it was spot on. The service from Rijesh was top tier, very attentive and personable, was very knowledgable about the teas and gave us great recommendations. The little cakes and sandwiches were lovely and the mango jam on the scone was so good! Great time, would go again!
