I visited Prime Clinic and had a consultation with Dr. Saba Khaled. She has extensive experience in the medical field. After the consultation, my medical issue was accurately diagnosed with her professional expertise—something even a neurology specialist consultant had failed to diagnose, and I had been suffering for quite some time. Her guidance and explanations were extremely helpful, clear, and reassuring. She is very polite, soft-spoken, and communicates in a calm and supportive manner. I confidently recommend Dr. Saba Khaled. Her assistant Nataliya is also very kind and supportive, always helpful whenever assistance is needed. Both truly deserve appreciation. I should must give 5 stars Dr Saba and her Assistant . I would also like to mention my experience at the laboratory—Meenu has excellent butterfly needle skills. Thank you so much, Meenu, for the gentle and comfortable experience. For blood collection samples in laboratory ask for Miss Meenu and enjoy painless needle Behavior of Reception staff is rude included supervisor. Where some assistance was required and he rudely refused.

I recently visited Prime Medical Center, Al Nahda, Sharjah for persistent throat and jaw pain. Initially, I assumed it was an infection and took antibiotics, but after a week, the pain persisted. I then consulted ENT Doctor Dr. Raees Abdurahiman, and I was very impressed with his thorough and professional approach. He carefully examined my symptoms, asked the right questions, and diagnosed the issue accurately. He explained that my pain was likely due to muscle cramping rather than an infection and prescribed the appropriate medication. I followed his advice and took the medication for only two days, and I am now completely fine. I would also like to appreciate the nurse who attended me — very caring, patient, and supportive throughout my visit, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate Dr. Raees Abdurahiman’s expertise, clear explanation, and effective treatment, as well as the attentive care from the nursing staff. I highly recommend Prime Medical Center and Dr. Raees Abdurahiman to anyone seeking an ENT specialist who provides accurate diagnosis and excellent patient care.

I personally have had an amazing experience with Doctor Kiran. I was in need of surgery for my hand to restore function to my thumb and after the operation not only could I move my thumb but I could use it like normal again! Doctor Kiran is very kind and helpful and I thank him for everything he's done for men!

I regularly visit Prime Medical Center and have been seeing Dr. Farid Gul. He is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always listens carefully and makes sure I feel comfortable and well informed. I am very happy with the care I receive and highly recommend him.

I had a poor experience with Dr. Tekeste Teka regarding a persistent high fever. I visited with a 101.5 °F fever that had lasted for days, but the doctor said he did not find any symptoms and referred me to a specialist. However, the specialist was only available by appointment starting Saturday (3 days later). As my health was continuously draining and I was exhausted, I couldn't wait that long. I went to another hospital for a second opinion. They reviewed the blood reports and immediately identified Influenza. After receiving an injection and the correct treatment, I finally started getting better. It was frustrating to have a clear diagnosis missed while being referred elsewhere for a later date.

I am very disappointed with the service of Dr. Kapil and his nurse at Prime Corp. I have been calling multiple times just to ask a follow-up question about what other milk is recommended aside from S26 Comfort, since it’s currently unavailable in the market which he recommended when we went for check-up. I’ve been searching the whole night, and I know it might not be a big deal for them, but from our end, it’s very concerning because my baby hasn’t pooped for six days. I don’t understand what’s taking them so long to respond or at least give advice over the phone—just to suggest an alternative milk and its name. We live in Sharjah, and now I have to visit the clinic again because no one entertained me through phone, and the doctor on duty will soon be off shift. Honestly, I can’t feel any sympathy from the staff. It feels like they’re working only for the money, without empathy or concern for their patients. I understand there are many patients, but they should still know how to manage urgent cases like this.

Terrible experience with Dr. Fareeda Anjum. She was rude, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. Instead of caring for patients, she made fun of the insurance I hold, constantly bragged about herself and the hospital, and seemed more interested in boosting her own ego than helping anyone. Her attitude was cold, disrespectful, and utterly lacking in basic empathy — the bare minimum you’d expect from a doctor. Honestly, calling her a "doctor" feels wrong; she clearly forgot what it means to treat patients with respect and care.
