I would like to share my concern regarding my recent laser session. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the service, as I still noticed hair after the treatment. It also seemed that the technician was in a hurry during the procedure, which made me feel that proper attention was not given. I kindly request that if the technician is not able to give enough time and care, patients should not be accepted in a rushed manner. As a client, I expect thorough and professional service for the best results.

ملاحظي مش عالدكاتره عموظف الاستقبال مب اول مره اتصل ويقولي الحجوزات فل والدكتوره سكرت الحجوزات ومافي مجال ابدااااا الا باجر ، ويوم طنشت وسرت العياده مافيها حد !!! ماكملت خمس دقايق يا دوري كيف !!! رجعت بعد اسبوعين عنذي موعد فالعياده يوم وصلت قالولي الدكتوره اجازه لين اخر الشهر سالتهم ليش محذ تواصل وياي قالولي اسمج مب مسجل فالمواعيد كيف وانا مسجله الموعد وعاطيني كرت !! عقب قالي موعدج بعده عشان جي ماتصلنا !! كيف فجاه توه يقولي مب مسجل والحين يقول موعدج بعده فما تصلنا اوكي تخلون الناس تضرب خط عالفاضي ليش !! يعني الاسلوب ابدا مب بروفشنال ويرد علينا بطريقه ياليت يشوفون حل للاستقبال عندهم وياليت لو في حذ يرفع الملاحظات للدكتوره

I just had my 2nd laser treatment yesterday under the care of Ms. Mwada. She really is professional when it comes to her job. I liked the result of both 1st and 2nd session with her. She is also giving tips of what I should do to avoid itchiness and to feel the best out of it. Thank you dear Mwada. God bless you on your exam for laser. ☺️

New technician is not good and your receptionist Answering me " if not good, then why you came here" tell to your reception No worries we will never come there! And never recommend.

I had a very great beared laser hair removal with a nurse named Mwadda , she is professional, smiling , understanding , her procedure is almost painless and the result is very satisfying.

Great clinic in RAK! The staff is friendly, the place is super clean, and the doctors especially dr hatem annd dr nirmala are professional and caring. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
