I visited the American Clinic with serious dental issues and was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Kalpana. She was extremely professional, patient, and caring throughout the treatment, and even followed up with me afterward to check on my condition. Dr. Kalpana is kind, friendly, and an excellent doctor. I am very happy with the results and truly grateful for her care. I also highly recommend the entire American Clinic team for their professionalism, support, and warm service.

Dr. Kalpana Somani was fantastic—they clearly explained the entire root canal procedure, easing all my nerves. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and virtually painless, which speaks volumes about their expertise. ​My tooth feels great, and I am so grateful for the high-quality care I received. My experience at the American Medical Center was very disappointing. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, yet I had to wait for a long period without any explanation for the delay. In addition, the quality of treatment was poor and I did not feel any improvement after the visit. There was clear mismanagement of appointments and a lack of concern for both patient time and quality of care. I had an excellent experience at The American Medical Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and highly organized. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well-run, which immediately gives you confidence that you are in good hands. I would like to especially thank Dr. Maymoun Balkis, the dentist currently treating me. He is exceptionally skilled, patient, and thorough in every step of the treatment. He explains everything clearly, listens carefully, and makes sure I am comfortable at all times. His attention to detail and gentle approach truly make a difference. I highly recommend The American Medical Center and Dr. Maymoun to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and a genuinely positive medical experience.

I visited with my 2½-year-old daughter for her front teeth problem. Dr. Kalpana and her staff are very kind and fully supportive. The treatment with laughing gas was very comfortable for my daughter. I am very satisfied with their service

A very poor and unprofessional experience. With MAYMOUN BALKIS Despite informing them I have asthma, the doctor prescribed 'Ibuprofen', totally ignoring my medical safety. I went through two sessions of pure torture. After 6 injections, the tooth still wasn't numb, and the doctor’s excuse was: 'I'm still gathering information about your case.' He claimed that in 30 years he’d never seen this, while another dentist diagnosed it instantly from the X-ray as a massive abscess and root resorption. Total lack of expertise in reading X-rays and managing patient history. I am responsible for these words. Avoid this clinic if you have a serious dental issue. للأسف تجربة سيئة جداً مع الأخ ميمون بلقيس وما فيها أي مهنية. دخلت العيادة وموضح لهم إني مريض ربو، ومع هيك الدكتور وصف لي (بروفين) وما انتبه لسجلي الطبي، وهاد الشي كان سببلي ازمة صحية خطيرة . قضيت جلستين عذاب وألم وما تخدّر السن رغم إنه ضربني أكتر من 6 إبر، والدكتور بكل برودة قلي (عم بجمع معلومات عن حالتك) وإنه صارله 30 سنة بشتغل وأول مرة بشوف هيك حالة! مع إنه صورة الأشعة واضحة جداً، وبمجرد ما رحت لدكتور تاني عرف فوراً إنه عندي خراج كبير وتآكل بالجذر وبدأ العلاج صح من أول دقيقة. قلة خبرة واضحة في قراءة الأشعة وفي التعامل مع الحالات الصعبة، وتجاهل لمرض الربو عند المريض. أنا مسؤول عن كلامي وما بنصح حد يروح لعنده إذا حالته بدها دكتور شاطر وبيفهم بالأشعة.
