I received prompt and highly professional treatment at Al Oraibi Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, caring, and supportive. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the efficiency, kindness, and high standard of care provided by the entire team.

Yesterday, I called the hospital reception and enquired about my lab report. I told him it's been 4 days now, and we're still waiting for the test report. No one has called or informed us on your end. The guy who answered the phone started screaming at me. Before he disconnected the line, he used bad language, was very rude, and didn’t know he was talking to the patient. My suggestion to all of you is to think twice before we go to these kinds of places.
