As a visitor from the United States seeking advice about where to remove my braces, I was truly amazed by her hospitality, honesty, and genuine willingness to help. Their kindness, continuous monitoring, and supportive attitude made a very difficult time much easier for our family. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the effective support provided by the PRO, Ms. Mariam, who guided us through the entire hospital process with great patience, clarity, and professionalism. Her assistance made all procedures smooth and stress-free during a very difficult period. The ICU Emergency Female Ward is well-organized, hygienic, and efficiently managed. Every staff member treated us with respect, empathy, and professionalism. I highly recommend Umm Al Quwain Hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care. Despite the heavy workload and pressure, she never hesitated to help, teach, and guide me step by step. She always valued my presence and made sure I learned properly. أود مشاركة تجربتي مع المستشفى، حيث إن الأطباء والممرضات ممتازون والخدمة الطبية على مستوى عالٍ. إلا أن لدي اعتراضًا على قرار إلزام مرافق المريض بدفع 200 درهم يوميًا دون توفير سرير، حيث يضطر للجلوس على كرسي طوال الليل. بعض المرضى يحتاجون مرافق بسبب اللغة أو الحاجة للمساعدة، ولا يمكن الاعتماد دائمًا على الطاقم التمريضي في كل التفاصيل. هذا القرار مطبّق منذ 1 يناير 2026، ونأمل من الإدارة إعادة النظر فيه ومراعاة ظروف ومشاعر أهالي المرضى. ملاحظة: الموظف المسؤول عن استلام المبلغ، محمد (مصري الجنسية)، أسلوبه غير لائق مع أهالي المرضى، مما يسيء لسمعة المستشفى المعروفة بسمعتها الطيبة

I visited the Emergency Department at Umm Al Quwain EHS Hospital and had a very good experience. The emergency staff were extremely caring, attentive, and professional, especially Mr. Asif. He treated the patient with great kindness and explained everything clearly. His support made a stressful situation much easier.
