I had a wonderful experience at this clinic for laser treatments. The work is very professional and the results are amazing. The staff are extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming. Special thanks to the manager, Wafaa ,for her professionalism, organization, and great attitude. She truly makes the clinic a comfortable and positive place. I also want to thank Liby♥️, who does my laser treatments. She is very skilled, gentle, and caring, and always makes sure I feel comfortable. I truly trust her work. Highly recommended .

I recently visited Clinic for a consultation, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Very poor appointment and staff management, but the machines and equipments are good i hope they improve with the staff and appointment management. One of cases happened that i called and booked appointment with them and they disregarded it !!! I was waiting for more than a week for that ! Not fair

I had a truly horrible experience at this clinic over a year ago when I went in for laser hair removal. The procedure was poorly executed, and they used excessive heat, which resulted in serious burns on my skin. Naturally, I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health, but to my shock, the clinic falsified the report to cover up their mistakes. When I received the report, it didn’t reflect the severity of the burns, so I wanted to reopen the case and present the evidence myself. However, I was told I would have to pay 5000 AED to do so—an outrageous amount for something I felt was their fault. Needless to say, I didn’t pay it, as it’s an unreasonable demand, especially when I was already dealing with the aftermath of their negligence. What made the whole situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly the manager, Wafaa. She was completely unsympathetic to my situation, and it took me around two months just to get the remaining balance back. I had paid for six sessions but only had one before the disastrous second visit. Even after all this, they didn’t offer any compensation for the pain or the poor service. This whole experience was a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to stay away. The lack of care, professionalism, and accountability is truly unacceptable (I will not be able to post photos as it’s private)

This is a clinic that i have been going for long time.I get good results from my laser sessions.Good staff and friendly environment and I recommend every one to this clinic

السلام عليكم زرت العياده قبل اسبوع 17/04/2022 و كان الشغل جميل في البدايه فقط و تم الاتفاق على الوقت اتفقنا قبل كل شي بان اوصل العياده بالضبط 7:30 م .. و فعلا وصلت و دخلت العياده و بعد مرور 20 دقيقه في غرفة الليزر قالت لي الموظفه خلصنا و عندي غيرج تنتظر خارج على الساعه 8:00 و خذي موعد للاسبوع الياي لان قالوا لج في الرسبشن تعالي 7:00 م و انتي تاخرتي نص ساعه و انا متعنيه و جايه لكم من ابوظبي … استغربت من الشي هذا ليزر جسم كامل ' بدون بطن و لا ظهر ' في اقل من الوقت المعتاد .. ما حبيت اكبر الموضوع و من الساعه 7:30 انا في العياده اطلب منهم يشوفون لي وقت يدخلوني فيه لان وراي درب ساعتين لابوظبي لين قريب الساعه 11 م و دخلوني جزاهم الله خير و يوم يت عشان الحسبه قالت لي 600 و شوي مع الضريبه 5٪؜ مو اول شي كان السعر 399 درهم حسب المكتوب في العياده ….. هل هذا عدل ! خبروا العملاء الجدد بالاسعار قبل بدا الشغل يعني صار فيني ' خذوه ف غلوه ' انا يديده اول مره يايه و هالمعامله و تبوني اعيد التجربه فالعياده .. ' مستحيل '
