Absolutely wonderful experience! I had an appointment with Dr. Noha Mustafa Abdelatty on January 26, 2025, for myself and my child, and everything was just perfect. She treated my little one’s teeth calmly and gently, making the whole process comfortable and even playful. Her attention, care, and professionalism are outstanding, and she explains everything clearly both before and after treatment. Dr. Noha is not only an excellent dentist but also a truly kind and thoughtful person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist.

I recently took my daughter Bana to Prime Medical Center (Oasis Mall) for a dental visit with Dr Abitha. This is not our first visit; my wife was treated earlier by Dr. Abitha Banu, and we happily return every time we need dental care. Dr. Abitha is exceptional: she explains every step clearly and calmly, her confidence brings instant peace of mind, and her touch is unbelievably gentle and light perfect for children and anxious patients alike. The treatment was completely painless and stress-free. The reception team was very welcoming, especially Mr Ahmed, who was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We have visited before and always return because of the clear explanation, calm approach, and comfortable treatment. Thanks as well to the nurse for her support during the visit.

This Clinic is Amazing, well organized, clean, and staffs are very professional. Well recommended. I went here for a treatment of my Alopecia Areata with doctor Nishit, and with the 3 sessions of treatment we have seen the improvement of hair growth, for females our hair is really important for our daily life and appearance. But I’ll give you guys my honest customers service experience and recommendation so that it can be worked on. *The first receptionists team at the entrance did an amazing job in helping me with a smile and making me to get the help I needed and I appreciated it so much ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ❤️❤️❤️ *The second receptionists team did their job but they seem unhappy and not smiling at me at all and it made me feel like maybe I’m a problem or am disturbing them or something happened to me I tho they just need to improve their physical expression with a smile and a helpful body language which will make the customer feel better, even they have some problems but a fake smile will help the customer feel good. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ *The doctor who did my consultation was very nice, happy, friendly, encouraging and helpful which made me feel and understand that I’ll be fine after giving me all the rightful medication and advice ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The pharmacy team was all looking very serious and unhappy like they are on funeral program honestly no one smiled at me, I understand they are doing their job but don’t make the customers to feel or know that you’re unhappy or stressed ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lastly you should always remember that people come to hospital or clinic to seek redemption, hope, encouragement and solutions to their medical problems Thanks

Prime Medical Center has been such a great experience for me. The orthopaedic doctor, Dr. Kiran Makwana was thorough, patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The physiotherapist was just as impressive knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. And a special mention to Adnan at the front desk. He’s efficient, warm, and makes the whole process so much smoother from the moment you walk in. What really stood out was how accomplished and coordinated the entire team is.
