Delivered my baby on 26th December, and I never regretted choosing Mediclinic for my delivery. It truly only gets better as the years go by. I was especially amazed by their new "couple meal" setup—it really made us feel loved and pampered (see pictures). Kudos to the whole team! Dr. Kavita – always one of the best. Very sensible with excellent judgment. She never pushes you to do anything unnecessary. Thank you so much, doctor. Celine – her nurse was always accommodating and supportive. Dr. Shanthi (Fetal Medicine) – monitored my baby’s growth closely and only advised what was right. Truly appreciate you, doctor. Asha – her nurse was always accommodating and willing to work around the schedule. Midwives Titilia and Cherrylle – thank you for your full support during my labor and delivery. Everything was handled with calmness and true expertise. Leonora – you’re the best! Supportive, passionate, and very considerate. Corazon – room service staff who was always smiling, cheerful, and ready to help. We truly enjoyed the couple meal. Thank you all so much. Mediclinic will always be in our hearts. I would like to sincerely thank City Hospital, PICU team ( pediatric ICU ) for the incredible care and compassion they showed during my daughter’s recent admission. My daughter has been diagnosed with pancreatitis since 2021 & we have unfortunately had many hospital admissions over the years. I would like to thank all the PICU hospitalist And special thank you goes to Dr. Ramesh who has been beyond amazing. He was extremely patient, kind, and attentive, and took excellent care of my daughter’s pain management. His calm approach, professionalism, and genuine care made a very difficult time much easier for both my daughter and me. The PICU nurses were absolutely outstanding. Each and every one of them treated my daughter with so much love & compassion. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication. We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care we received during our recent hospitalization at Mediclinic City Hospital. From the moment we arrived at the Emergency Room, we were met with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. The receptionists were already amazing – setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly reassuring experience for our family. Every step of the journey, from ER to the pediatric ward, was marked by kindness, attentiveness, and high-level expertise. The pediatric ward especially stood out – not only for its thoughtful design (we truly appreciated the fully enclosed elevator area for the children’s safety), but also because the rooms felt like a Legoland hotel! It made our stay less stressful and more comforting for both us and our child. Our treating doctor was intelligent, calm, kind, and most importantly – a great listener. We felt genuinely heard and cared for. The nurses were phenomenal – so responsive and proactive that I didn’t even realize when my son called them; they were just instantly there. We would especially like to thank Nurse Daisy, Nurse Jaquelyn, Nurse Gian, and our nurse on October 14 (apologies for not catching your name!), as well as the pretty nurse whose name I unfortunately forgot – your compassion and dedication made all the difference. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping and kitchen staff, who were incredibly attentive and generous. The food was delicious – it honestly felt more like a staycation than a hospital stay! The security personnel and front desk staff were always kind, helpful, and respectful. We are so grateful for the care provided to our son and will wholeheartedly recommend Mediclinic City Hospital to all our family, friends, and anyone reading this. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being and the well-being of my baby. Their gentle and reassuring approach made a huge difference, especially during labor. The entire team created an environment where I felt both empowered and cared for, making the whole maternity and delivery experience as smooth as possible. I recently underwent surgery at Mediclinic Hospital, and my experience was truly excellent. The entire medical and nursing team was exceptionally kind, supportive, and attentive throughout my stay. They made sure I was comfortable before and after the procedure, and their quick response and gentle approach helped me feel safe and well cared for. The hospital itself is clean, calm, and very comfortable, which made my recovery much easier.
