After consultation, Dr. Talha (ENT Specialist) clearly explained my condition and suggested the FESS procedure. The surgery went very smoothly, and the recovery was better than I expected. Very disappointing experience. The nurses are not patient-friendly and do not respond kindly. The waiting time to see a doctor was over two hours, and this was my second visit with the same issue. The system is extremely unorganized and inefficient. What was most concerning is that I witnessed another patient arrive with an allergic emergency and still be made to wait for almost an hour without seeing a doctor. His allergy subsided on its own before he was attended to, which is unacceptable in a medical facility. Overall, a very poor experience. I will not be returning to this hospital again.
