الطبيب ممتاز في شغلة! ولكن الإستقبال أخبرني بأنه تم حجز الموعد ولأتفاجئ وقت وصولي بعدم حجز الموعد من الأساس؟ طبعآ لاوجود لاحترام الوقت مثال كان الموعد الساعة ١ الظهر ولكن دخلت عند الطبيب الساعة ٢:٣٠! يحتاجون لتنظيم الوقت

I had a disappointing experience booking appointments at this hospital. In both of my visits, I encountered issues with the staff at the reception and appointment center. They seemed careless and unorganized. Specifically, I booked an appointment 4 days in advance, only to receive a call the night before (for a morning appointment) saying it was mistakenly booked with the wrong department and that there were no available slots. My first visit was even worse. Despite having good insurance, the receptionist rejected me without checking, wasting 2 hours of my time. It was only after I escalated the issue to the hospital's insurance department that it got resolved. While I found the doctors to be experienced and excellent, the reception and admin staff need significant improvement.

To the Management of Thumbay Dental Hospital – Ajman (Al Jurf) Unfortunately, I had booked an appointment with your hospital, but the appointment was not honored. I also experienced unprofessional behavior, unnecessary delays, and excuses that were not convincing.
