Highly not recommended.. if you are going from insurance they will take cop pay amount(50% instead of 30%) a lot and its doesnt make much difference.when i ask them why this much . Then they were like sorry its doctors mistake and return some amount

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE I went to their ophthalmologist Dr.Susan with her nurse. BOTH are VERY RUDE but mostly Dr.susan, unfit to be a doctor and is unprofessional. Her stuff are not clean too. She didn't even diagnose me properly. Usually it takes few minutes to measure your eyesight by using lens things but she didn't even take one minute. Normally it takes about 30 minutes when they use eye drops to widen your pupils but it took us hours. In middle of checking my eyes, both yelled at me saying don't blink your eyes even tho I didn't! Then her finger accidentally touched my eye but I held on but she kept on yelling loudly and saying ALL THE PATIENTS ARE GOOD & NICE BUT YOU ARE SO BAD WHY DO YOU WANT ME TO SUFFER?! I kept on telling her to please not yell at me but she kept on yelling saying I'M NOT YELLING!! The nurse was too... My eyesight is incredibly poor and I can't see without my glasses at all. I was trying to hold something then the nurse rudely suddenly held my hand and made me to grab at something to focus. She kept on yelling why I'm blinking my eyes even tho I wasn't blinking. I said my eyes are itching she said WHY YOUR EYES ARE ITCHING DID YOU COME HERE TO CHECK UP OR NOT?! (Eyes were itching because of you touching my eye dear rude doctor ) I literally left the medical centre crying as this was my worst experience with a doctor. All doctors I met are professional and nice but she didn't even diagnose my eyes properly not writing details and so on. She's UNPROFESSIONAL! Please just fire her and bring a REAL DOCTOR who is professional & hygienic one.

The opthalmologist is unprofessional, rude, and unfit to hold the title of doctor. She was impolite and failed to explain the situation to the patient. When she became upset that I was trying to reassure my sister after she performed her dignisis, she began speaking to me rudely. After my experience, I wouldn't even recommend this facility to an enemy, much less a seriously ill Arab patient. I don't believe this doctor will treat her own nation in this manner.

Dr Susan should consider retirement. She is no more fit to diagnosis the cases. Lacking Behavioural ethics. Totally diagnosed my wife in correctly. Also costed me a monetarily loss of AED 400. She made us lose hope on the eyes and said that the vision is 60 % lost for the lifetime. My wife could not wear the glass she had advised, as it gave her severe headache and other complications. A total loss of time and waste of money.

Very very bad experience for your opthamologist Dr. Susan Usha Mathew. she is giving the wrong consultation, she don't even give me the right reading of my vision, then she prescribe me for only what she want numbers to write. And The very bad was she say that she waste 10 minutes already and I still have a question to consult and entertain another patience even I am still in. And the most thing, she is advising me that I HAVE NO TREATMENT AT ALL which is she can ruin my life...

Dr. Yahya is the Best Orthodontist in Ajman. Highly recommended. He has vast experience and Great skills. I took my daughter for Braces and he took care of her like her own child. Excellent results. Very Good cosmesis. Thanks a lot Dr. Yahya
