Recently I visited Nmc Ajman. The doctor and nurses are very compassionate in providing care and show amazing dedication. But I had a poor experience with the pharmacy services. A lady pharmacist behaved rudely and sent me back to the clinic multiple times to correct the prescription and eRx number, even though the issue could have been resolved with a phone call. I was told that doctor from the clinic was not responding, and I was asked to manage the correction myself. I request staff training to proper professionalism, communication, and respect toward patients and clinic staff and regarding how to manage this type of problems efficiently.

Disgraceful Conduct – Zero Respect for Patients An absolutely horrible incident occurred on 31/01/26. My mother was scheduled for an ECG and a doctor's checkup. After driving 70km from Ajman to the hospital, we were informed at the very last minute that the appointment had been rescheduled to the evening. When we demanded an explanation, we were told the doctor and the team had an "important conference" to attend. This is utter bullshit. It is clear these doctors couldn't care less about their patients. Did they not take the Hippocratic Oath? Patients should always come first. Their "stupid conferences" should never take priority over people who have traveled hours for medical care.
