Eve Medical Center Ajman

Dr. Rabba is one of the best dermatologists I’ve visited for rosacea treatment. Very professional, friendly, and experienced. She educated me about triggers, recommended the right medication, and monitored my progress closely. I’m very satisfied with the results and grateful for her care.

I had the Veneer and i love it. My teeth look so much better, yet retaining a natural appearance. Dr Nada and saoussene were so warm and friendly. I highly recommend Eve medical Centre for your dental and dermatologist needs.

Very Unprofessional Customer Service. I went there to get a check up today, they said they don't have AFNIC insurance which is the third party of Aafiya. So I go home. Our company was giving me the list of affiliates clinics and Eve Medical Center is one of the affiliated clinic. I called them to explain that I called Aafiya they said I am capable to have a check up there since that is convenient for me and near by to my place. Customer service is telling they are not accepting any insurances anymore because of new process. I explained to her that I went there in the morning. Then she give the number of Receptionist. I called receptionist, I explained to her. She said she will get back to me. I gave all the informations. 4pm until now I haven't received any calls or messages from them. I called again and one of the receptionist answer the phone she said her partner was left already. (without giving me any updates) and I am willing to explain to the other receptionist because Im hoping that she can help me. After I explained she's saying "I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA, I AM NEW HERE" It's really unprofessional, I am trying to be calm as much as possible because I am a customer service as well. But leaving me hanging for a long time? And you guys have no knowledge of what you doing????? it's a shameful!
