From the moment I stepped into Aster Clinic – Al Rashidiya, Ajman, I felt the warmth of genuine hospitality and professional care. Special thanks to Mrs. Manal, whose guest-oriented approach and friendliness immediately set a welcoming tone, and to Mrs. Azzeh, who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests with grace and a natural, heartfelt smile. They are true ambassadors of Aster, reflecting the clinic’s values in the best possible way. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust. I was also impressed with the pediatric doctor, who demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and great care for patients. For me, this is by far the best medical centre in Ajman. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking world-class healthcare delivered with a personal touch.

Its a clinic where gp, pediatrician, gynecologist, dermatologist etc are available. Advance booking makes procedures easy. We need to make a booking in the door for counter token . Parking available outside. Good atmosphere.

The facilities are good, and the clinic itself is well maintained. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my CBC test. A blood sample was already taken, but because my insurance did not approve the test, I was later contacted and told that I need to repeat the blood work and pay the full amount. This felt like a waste of time, blood sample, and additional expense on my part. If there were a system in place where the test could still be processed even without insurance approval by simply invoicing the patient directly and allowing online payment, it would avoid unnecessary repeat procedures. I also had to spend extra money on transportation and wait again, which added to the inconvenience. I hope the clinic can improve this process for a better patient experience.

The staff at the registration desk _ Azza, Manal, and Rafiah _ were very kind and extremely helpful. The way they explained everything really helped me a lot. I would also like to thank the insurance team for smoothly handling and approving my treatment. I would not forget Dr Mohammad Sohail, who explained my treatment clearly and professionally. We have been visiting Aster Clinic, Al Rumaila since my wife’s pregnancy was confirmed. Dr. Insha Khan was our gynecologist, and from day one she took excellent care of my wife. All procedures and scans were done on time, and everything was explained clearly. Throughout the journey, the results were positive and reassuring. The entire staff—from reception to nurses—were extremely supportive, and the hospitality was truly top-notch. Based on their recommendation, we opted for delivery at Aster Hospital, Al Qusais, and the experience there was equally excellent. Due to some abnormalities related to my wife’s stomach, our baby was delivered preterm as advised by the doctors. Despite this, both mother and baby received very special care, and thankfully everything went well. Today, we visited Aster Clinic, Al Rumaila again to show our baby to Dr. Insha Khan, and she was genuinely very happy to see the baby. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Insha Khan and the entire Aster team for their dedication, care, and support throughout this journey.

They are always late and never respect the appointment time. My appointment was at 6:30 PM / I came 10 minutes early, and now it’s almost 7 PM. I asked the receptionist to speak with the manager, but he only called him and the manager didn’t even meet me. Worst experience - other clinics are always on time but this one has zero management. I’d rather drive 15 minutes more and go to Prime than come here again. The only reason I came here today is because it’s close to my home
