Before coming to this clinic, I already saw many bad reviews about this gynecologist, Dr. Preethi. I still decided to give her a chance, thinking maybe my experience would be different. Unfortunately, it was not. From the start, she had no welcoming attitude at all—no proper greeting, no warmth, not even basic professionalism. When I tried to explain my concern, she wasn’t really listening. Instead, she asked me to choose whether I wanted medicine or blood tests first, which is strange because that should be a doctor’s decision, not the patient’s. I chose to do the blood test, but after waiting for almost an hour, my insurance was rejected. I went back and asked if she could just prescribe medicine instead. Suddenly, she said she couldn’t give me medicine because I wasn’t checked yet. That makes absolutely no sense—why give me a choice in the first place if neither option was actually acceptable? The whole experience was confusing, frustrating, and unprofessional. Her attitude felt arrogant, and the consultation fee I paid was not worth it at all. Honestly, even 1 dirham was not deserved for this level of service. She is not deserving of this position, and I honestly question why she even has a license with this kind of behavior toward patients. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!!!!

Excellent clinic with compassionate nurses staff. They were very gentle and patient, especially room 2 nurses staff. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended. Dr. Sufiyan s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Doctor took the time to listen carefully, explained the diagnosis clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was well organized and the staff was courteous. Service provided in front desk and pharmacy also very well

I had a very good experience at Aster Clinic Nuaimiah. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative, especially the reception and vitals team. Bency from the vitals team is a very helpful and kind lady. The service was smooth and well-organized. Overall, I am satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend Aster Clinic.

I want to share my experience with Aster Clinic, Al Naeemiyah, Ajman, to warn others: I was in severe pain, and they asked me to give a blood sample after a long day, around 10 PM. The sample was kept at the clinic until 10 AM before being sent to another lab in Sharjah, which risks spoiling the sample and affecting the results. To make matters worse, they called me calmly and said, ‘Come and give another sample,’ which is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients. The clinic does not have an in-house lab, ultrasound, or X-ray, and procedures seem poorly organized. Their pharmacy is also unreliable: often the medication is not available, they just give a replacement without informing you, causing delays and inconvenience. For example, my daughter had a fever, and when they did a CRP test, we were shocked to find the result was 96—a very high inflammation marker—while she was clearly unwell. I strongly advise everyone not to waste their time or visit this clinic. The experience is frustrating, disorganized, and unsafe for patients.

Really unpleasant experience. Had to wait a long time at the reception despite having an appointment. There was no direct contact available for queries. The doctor and nurses were good, but the administrative service still has a long way to improve.

أحببت أن أشارك تجربتي الرائعة في عيادة أستر النعيمية. من لحظة دخولي للعيادة، شعرت بالترحيب والراحة بفضل الأجواء الهادئة والتنظيم العالي. لكن ما لفت نظري فعلاً هو تعامل موظفة الاستقبال نورة – قمة في الأخلاق، اللباقة، والابتسامة الدائمة. كانت حريصة على تلبية كل استفساراتي بصدر رحب وساعدتني بسرعة واحترافية جعلتني أشعر أنني في مكان يهتم حقًا براحة مرضاه. كل الشكر لإدارة العيادة على اختيار طاقم مميز مثل الأستاذة نورة، وأتمنى لها دوام التوفيق والنجاح. أنصح بشدة بزيارة هذا الفرع لمن يبحث عن جودة في الخدمة وتعامل إنساني راق.

Aster Al Naeemia Clinic is one of the best clinics I have visited. The staff and doctors are professional, friendly, and very helpful. They explain everything clearly, and the clinic is clean and well-organized. Highly recommended!
