I had a very positive experience at the hospital. All the staff were professional, kind, and very cooperative. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and truly understands their work. He is highly skilled, very understanding, and genuinely dedicated to helping patients find the best solution for their dental issues. Special thanks to the best Orthopedic Dr ever, Dr Mohamed Akhal, for not only being an excellent physician and surely, but also for his very humane, friendly and comforting manners. He took so much care of us and he put our feelings as a priority before treatment. He is very patient, kind and welcoming. I wish the Dr all the best, and I am very grateful to have found an amazing and experienced doctor like him.

I would like to thank Dr. Samer Al Taki, GP Dentist and Operations Manager, for his patience and professionalism. He truly understood exactly what I wanted for my teeth and took the time to explain every step. I am extremely happy with the results after my Invisalign treatment, which took only five months. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering Invisalign or dental treatment.

Waited for 40 minutes. Nobody took vitals or information or even asked me to fill out any forms and they delayed the appointment. When i reached there were a few patients and new patients came after me. After waiting for 30 minutes, there were no more patients left and no new patients and they still didnt call for me or allow me to proceed with taking vitals or appointment. When i asked for the 2nd time, when am i going to see the doctor, the receptionist told me its my turn for the nurse to take my vitals while the nurse is standing next to her. I said ok and was about to go with her to the vitals testing room but she told me that she has other patients getting the vitals and to wait a little bit more and that the nurse will still call me for vitals even though that same nurse was infront of me organizing paperwork and refusing to take me to the vitals testing room. The staff lie as if its part of their culture. Its an unprofessional medical center with no organization and run by management that doesnt seem to understand what its doing. As i have many family memebers with medical background (including doctors) I would honestly advise you to seek medical attention elsewhere. This center be-littles its patients and takes their health for a joke. Just 1 mistake by these people can lead to permenant damage to you or your loved ones and no amount of money can reverse it. I would advise you to Stay away from such medical centers

I am truly grateful for Dr. Nermin. She is more than just a doctor for my daughter. She is very caring. No matter the time, even late at night or on weekends, she always responds quickly and with genuine concern. It gives us so much peace of mind to have a doctor like her in our lives. We are very happy and thankful to have found Dr. Nermin.
