I had a wonderful experience at the NMC Specialty Hospital - Al Ain for my Wife C-section delivery. From admission to discharge, the entire staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. A special thanks to Dr. Sheraz Abdul Ghaffar (Gynaecologist) & Dr. Sangeeta (Anesthesia), who made my wife feel completely safe and informed throughout the entire process. both of doctors explained every step clearly, answered all the questions patiently, and ensured her was comfortable before and after the surgery. both of doctors calm and confident approach truly eased my wife anxiety. The nursing staff was equally amazing — always checking for my wife and my baby, helping with pain management, and offering support with breastfeeding and recovery. The hospital facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care we received and would highly recommend both the hospital and Dr. Sheraz Abdul Ghaffar & Dr. Sangeeta to anyone considering delivery here. My husband recently underwent a Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) at this hospital, and it was the first time this procedure was performed here. We had a very positive experience and were truly impressed by the professionalism and care of the entire team. A special thanks to Dr. Shailesh Khode (ENT Consultant). I have known him for over a year, and he has always been calm, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though he is new to this hospital, his confidence, clear explanations, and attention to detail made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. He took the time to explain everything patiently and answered all our questions, which meant a lot to us.
