Что касается в получении кого-либо лечения и поставки диагноза ( терапевты) - нет слов просто, тут все супер очень медленно делается. Медсестру надо ждать целый час если не больше , чтобы просто снять катетер, чтобы поставить или заменить препарат надо ждать ещё час, не говоря уже об их начальных проверках, оформлении и даже касса, если приходишь за одной системой (2 часовой) в 9 утра, рассчитывайте, что из этой больницы вы уйдёте в 7 вечера. Очень разочарована. Эти три дня были просто шоком для меня

Words can never fully describe how grateful we are. To every doctor and nurse who stood by her side, watched over her, comforted her, and cared for her with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion — thank you. During the hardest and most emotional days of our lives, you became our source of strength. We felt hope because of you, and we felt our daughter was safe because of your dedication. I would like to offer my deepest appreciation to Dr. Aditya Rakhecha (Head of Neonatology) and his incredible medical team, Dr. Anas Abu Hazim (Consultant Paediatric Cardiology), and Dr. Mohammed Kasem Alalwi (HOD & Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon), for their continuous support, expertise, and the heartfelt care they provided every single day. You treated our daughter not just as a patient, but with the love and attention you would give your own family. We will forever remember the kindness, patience, and humanity we experienced at NMC. May God reward each one of you for the hope you gave us and for the life you helped protect. Our gratitude is beyond words, and this journey will remain etched in our hearts forever.

I recently delivered my baby at NMC Royal Women’s Hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care I received. From admission to discharge, everything was handled with so much professionalism, kindness, and compassion. A special thank you to Dr. Anselma for her expertise, gentle approach, and reassuring words throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She truly made me feel safe and well cared for. I also want to appreciate Nurse Aleena, who was incredibly patient, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile — even during the most stressful moments. And to the midwife on duty, thank you for your calm guidance and comforting presence during labor. You made a big difference in my birthing experience. The entire team made my birthing experience smooth and memorable. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend NMC Royal Women’s Hospital to all expecting mothers.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Pooja Vaswani. From my very first visit, she had a calm and comforting presence that made me feel completely at ease. She always listened, never rushed, and constantly reassured me that everything would be alright — something I truly needed throughout my pregnancy. When things suddenly changed and an unplanned C-section had to be done, her support meant everything. In a moment that could have been overwhelming, Dr. Pooja stayed so calm and explained every step with such kindness that I felt safe despite the unexpected turn. Her gentle words, steady confidence, and caring approach helped me remain composed when it mattered the most. She is not just an excellent professional but a doctor with a genuine personal touch. I felt cared for as a person, not just a patient. I’m forever grateful for the way she guided me through such an important moment in my life. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Pooja Vaswani to anyone looking for a doctor who combines skill, compassion, and true warmth.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Necmiye Dover, my OB-gynecologist. From the very first day of my check-up at this hospital, she has taken exceptional care of me. Her professionalism, dedication, and compassion truly stand out. Dr. Necmiye is very hands-on and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable, informed, and reassured throughout my treatment. From the initial consultation until the day of my surgery, she was consistently present—always making sure that I was okay and well taken care of. What I truly appreciate most is how she went above and beyond by giving her personal contact number just to check on me from time to time. She always took the time to respond to my questions, which made me feel genuinely cared for as a patient. She is truly an invaluable asset to the hospital. I trust her completely, feel safe under her care, and am very grateful to have had her as my OB-gynecologist. Job very well done to my favorite doctor—Dr. Necmiye Dover.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Tahira Alauddin for making my entire 9 month pregnancy journey smooth, stress free, and positive. From day one, she was always calm, encouraging, and reassuring. She listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel anxious or rushed. On delivery day, her confidence and professionalism made me feel completely safe and supported. She truly knows how to put her patients at ease. A special thanks to the labor room team as well they were incredibly kind, motivating, and supportive throughout my labor. Their constant encouragement gave me so much strength. I highly recommend Dr. Tahira Alauddin to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and positive gynecologist. She made my pregnancy and delivery a truly beautiful experience.

We would like to sincerely thank NMC Hospital for the excellent care provided to my wife Anju during her pregnancy and post-delivery period. She was under Dr. Razia’s care, and we truly appreciate her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach. Although the waiting time can be a bit long due to the number of patients, the quality of treatment and care is truly worth it. We had to stay 18 days post-delivery due to an infection, but the doctors, nurses, and staff were very supportive throughout. A special thanks to Dr. Razia and the team, and also the nursing staff on Floor 11 specifically and Floor 08 for standing with us during recovery. Mother and baby daughter feeling well and good.
