Disappointing Experience at the Front Desk The baddest and poor service branch in UAE.The hospital’s front desk service is completely unsatisfactory. Registration and processing take far too long, and there is no proper system to manage patient flow or guide visitors. It is unacceptable that a facility of this level operates without a PRO or responsible staff to assist patients efficiently. The timings provided by hospital staff are also highly unreliable. During my visit, the X-ray technician was unavailable during the stated hours, forcing me to wait far beyond a reasonable time. What’s worse, the front desk staff had no knowledge of the technician’s schedule and kept giving vague excuses instead of clear answers. It’s evident that the hospital is severely understaffed, and this is directly affecting the quality of service and patient satisfaction. These issues need immediate attention from management. Patients deserve timely, organized, and professional service — not confusion and unnecessary delays.

I had an unfortunate experience with Lubna Maroof on February 12–13, 2026. After my consultation, I was asked to return the next day for an ultrasound. I had requested a sick leave, and when I returned, the staff assisted me and issued it. However, during my follow-up visit that evening for lower abdominal pain, I was blamed for obtaining the sick leave from another counter. The doctor stated that it was my mistake, said I had a bad attitude, and mentioned that I had wasted her time. As a patient, I simply followed the instructions given by the staff and was not aware of the internal process. I found the interaction unprofessional and disappointing. I hope future patients are treated with more understanding and respect.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Isra. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Her professionalism and dedication to patient well-being is evident in every interaction and made my entire visit comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Isra to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled doctor who genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received.The staff were welcoming and professional, and the facility was clean and well-organized from start to finish I highly recommend Dr. Isra and LLH Oasis Medical Centre to anyone looking for quality medical treatment.

Each visit was a true test of patience. The reception, a sluggish river ⏳, swallowed precious minutes. A chorus of prior complaints echoed unheard ️, proving this quagmire remains untended. A desolate experience.

أنا حابب أشكر الدكتورة إسراء على أسلوبها المحترم وتعاملها الإنساني الراقي. من أول ما دخلت الكشف وهي بتسمع للمريض بكل اهتمام، وبتدي وقت كافي علشان تفهم الشكوى وتوضح التشخيص والخطوات المطلوبة بشكل مبسط وواضح. الدكتورة عندها صبر وهدوء بيخلي المريض مطمئن، وكمان بتحرص إنها تتابع وتطمن على الحالة بكل جدية. حسيت إنها مش بس دكتورة، لكن أخت وأم بتخاف على المريض وعايزة له راحة وشفاء. بصراحة المستشفى محظوظة بيها، وربنا يجازيها خير ويكتب تعبها في ميزان حسناتها.

أنا اتعاملت مع الدكتورة إسراء في المستشفى، وبصراحة هي من أفضل الأطباء اللي قابلتهم. بتسمع للمريض كويس جدًا، وبتدي وقت كافي علشان تفهم كل التفاصيل، وبعدها بتشرح التشخيص والخطوات المطلوبة بلغة بسيطة وواضحة تخلي المريض مطمئن وفاهم حالته. أسلوبها راقي جدًا وتعاملها فيه احترام وإنسانية عالية، وده بيخلي الواحد يحس براحة نفسية وثقة في العلاج. كمان متابعتها دقيقة وبتحرص إنها تطمن على المريض باستمرار. بجد المستشفى محظوظة بوجودها، وربنا يباركلها ويجعل تعبها وحرصها على شفاء المرضى في ميزان حسناتها.

The timings provided by hospital staff are unreliable. I had a particularly frustrating experience with the X-Ray technician, who was not present during the stated hours. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, and the front desk staff were unaware of the technician’s schedule, offering only excuses for the delay. It’s also evident that the hospital is understaffed, which is affecting overall service quality. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements improvements to enhance patient experience.
