I came here with my daughter for her dental checkup, and Dr. Alaa checked her very thoroughly and patiently. She made her feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in, which is very important for children who are usually nervous about dental visits. She explained her dental condition in detail and guided us clearly on the next steps for her treatment. What I appreciated the most was his calm approach, professionalism, and the way he reassured both me and my daughter throughout the consultation. The clinic environment was clean, well-organized, and child-friendly, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Alaa to any parents looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist for their children.

I visited Dr. Prescilla Salloum at Harmony Medical and had an exceptional experience. She is truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely looked after and at ease in her care. Dr. Salloum took the time to explain everything clearly, including why the procedure was necessary and how to prevent similar issues in the future. She was patient, attentive and truly demonstrated an excellent doctor–patient relationship throughout the consultation. Her work was beyond excellent; even after the appointment, I experienced no pain at all, which speaks volumes about her skill and attention to detail. I genuinely felt cared for every step of the way. The level of service and compassion was golden tier! Dr. Salloum is truly a 6-out-of-5-star doctor, and I would highly recommend her to any and everyone.

I do not usually write reviews, but I felt genuinely compelled to share my experience because of one exceptional dentist: Dr. Priscilla. Over the years, across several countries—including the United States, Egypt, Latin America, and the UAE—I had a long and frustrating dental journey. Multiple failed root canals and repeated disappointments left me with very little trust in dentists and constant anxiety about dental care. That completely changed when I became Dr. Priscilla’s patient. From the very first appointment, the level of care, attention, and professionalism was unlike anything I had experienced before. She was thorough, ethical, precise, and genuinely invested in getting things right. In fact, her care is so exceptional that I willingly travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi just to see her. Dr. Priscilla not only saved my front tooth—something other dentists failed to do—but also addressed several other dental issues with remarkable skill and accuracy. Her diagnosis was meticulous, her treatment plans were honest and well-explained, and her execution was outstanding. In my view, she is not just an excellent dentist; she is a benchmark for the profession. Her standard of care should be the model for others, and I sincerely hope her expertise is being shared with colleagues and future dentists. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Priscilla. Dr Hossam alkhayat was my dentist and was able to diagnose and treat my dental pain promptly without the need of back and forth testing and imaging. He was able to accommodate certain difficulties I have with regard to me being still during the procedure. I’m very happy with the experience at Harmony clinic.

Shamma she does an excellent job at reception and always goes above and beyond. She is organized, reliable, and genuinely kind to everyone she interacts with. Her positive energy and calm approach make the workplace feel more welcoming and professional.
